Abstract

La présente invention concerne une installation (310) comprenant une pluralité d'unités de traitement connectées (316, 318, 320),, laquelle installation (310) étant conçue pour traiter une préparation alimentaire liquide par un processus défini, lequel procédé comprend une pluralité d'étapes, chacune des étapes étant mise en œuvre dans une unité (316, 318, 320). Les unités de traitement étant raccordées à d'autres éléments de l'installation par des soupapes (324, 350, 334, 336, 338, 339, 344). L'installation se caractérise en ce que chaque unité de traitement (316, 318, 320) peut être nettoyée séparément et en ce que les liquides de nettoyage sont introduits directement dans chaque unité de traitement (316, 318, 320) pendant le nettoyage. L'invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage, un élément de construction spécifique pouvant être inclus dans une telle installation et un système permettant d'exécuter une opération de nettoyage.
