Abstract

A presente invenção diz respeito a uma palmilha com elevada capacidade de absorção. A palmilha é composta por uma estrutura multicamada, sendo pelo menos uma das camada altamente higroscópica, camada esta responsável por absorver a humidade do pé. Esta(s) camada (s) está (ao) incorporada (s) entre materiais que conferem várias propriedades à palmilha, nomeadamente resistência mecânica, resistência à abrasão, absorção de choques, entre outras propriedades. A palmilha da presente invenção é removível e adaptada para todo o tipo de calçado, desde sapatos, calçado desportivo, calçado de protecção e semelhante.

Claims

REIVINDICAÇÕES MODIFICADAS Recebidas pela Secretaria Internacional no dia 18 Janeiro 2013 (18.01.2013)
1. Palmilha com uma estrutura multicamada, caracterizada por compreender pelo menos uma camada higroscópica, com espessura compreendida entre 0,5 e 5 mm, constituída por um ou vários substratos têxteis impregnados com materiais macro-moleculares hidrofilicos sendo as camadas superior (1) e inferior (3) da estrutura multicamada constituídas por uma rede têxtil de fibras ou fios poliméricos.
2. Palmilha de acordo com a reivindicação anterior caracterizada por a estrutura multicamada compreender uma camada intermédia (2) constituída por uma ou mais camadas de um manto polimérico higroscópico .
3. Palmilha de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores caracterizada por a espessura das camadas de rede têxtil estar compreendida entre 0, 3 e 3 mm.
4. Palmilha de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores caracterizada por compreender ainda uma camada constituída por um material tipo têxtil tridimensional situada por baixo da camada higroscópica intermédia, ou uma camada tipo filme de cortiça .
5. Palmilha de acordo com a reivindicação anterior caracterizada por a espessura da camada estar compreendida entre 0,25 e 5 mm.
6. Palmilha de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores caracterizada por as redes da camada superior apresentarem fibras ou fios poliméricos com diâmetro entre 0,0,20 e 0,0,60 mm com decitex entre 830 e 3300.
7. Palmilha de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores caracterizada por as redes da camada inferior (1) apresentarem fibras ou fios poliméricos com diâmetro entre 0,0,15 e 0,40 mm com decitex entre 330 e 2000.
8. Palmilha de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores caracterizada por as redes têxteis serem de cloreto de polivinilo ou cloreto de polivinilideno ou poliuretano .
9. Palmilha de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores caracterizada por a malha têxtil tridimensional ser de poliéster, poliamida ou kevlar.
10. Palmilha de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores caracterizada por compreender ainda um revestimento antibacteriano e/ou antifúngico.
11. Método de obtenção da palmilha descrita na reivindicação anterior caracterizado por o revestimento antibacteriano e/ou antifúngico ser aplicado por spray, spray ultrasónico, ou por impregnação .
12. Método de obtenção da palmilha de acordo com a reivindicação anterior caracterizado por as camadas serem assembladas por costura, (termo) colagem, união por ultra-sons, união por rádio-frequência, laminagem por hot melt ou flat-bed.
13. Calçado caracterizado por compreender a palmilha descrita nas reivindicações 1-10 e obtida pelo método descrito nas reivindicações 11-12.
