Le châssis de vitrage comprend : une unité de châssis intérieure à laquelle la vitre intérieure est fixée ; une unité de châssis extérieure à laquelle la vitre extérieure est fixée ; une unité de châssis intermédiaire qui entre en contact avec la couche d'air ; une barre de châssis de renforcement qui est montée sur l'unité de châssis intermédiaire ; des trous de ventilation qui sont formés en avant du côté extérieur de l'unité de châssis extérieure au niveau des positions supérieure et inférieure de la vitre extérieure ; des trous de communication qui sont formés sur le châssis intermédiaire et sur la barre de châssis de renforcement de telle manière que lesdits trous de ventilation communiquent avec la couche d'air ; et une plaque d'ouverture et de fermeture installée pour faire face à la surface intérieure de l'unité de châssis extérieure, dans laquelle les trous de ventilation sont formés, et qui est de la forme d'une plaque conçue pour permettre à une surface ouverte et à une surface fermée d'être adjacentes entre elles et de correspondre aux trous de ventilation ; et un dispositif d'entraînement qui déplace ladite plaque d'ouverture et de fermeture dans un mode coulissant de telle manière que les trous de ventilation soient ouverts et fermés.
