Abstract
구리 페이스트의 제조에 사용되는 구리 미립자 콤플렉스로서, 상기 구리 미립자 콤플렉스는 구리염을 전구체로 하여, 개미산과 반응시킴으로써 얻어지고, 상기 구리 미립자 콤플렉스는 입경이 1㎛ 이하인 무수 구리 (II) 포메이트 (Cu(COOH)2) 및 구리 (Cu) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리 미립자 콤플렉스.
