Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé, qui consiste à clarifier un produit de vinasse fine dans un processeur mécanique pour produire un courant de solides suspendus fins et un produit de vinasse fine clarifié. Le procédé consiste en plus à fournir le produit de vinasse fine et le produit de vinasse fine clarifié, séparément ou dans en un courant combiné, à un ou plusieurs évaporateurs afin de produire un ou plusieurs courants de solides suspendus réduits, chaque courant ayant une quantité réduite de solides suspendus et une viscosité inférieure à celle de courants de traitement ayant une teneur en solides totale comparable mais contenant une plus grande quantité de solides suspendus. Le procédé peut de plus consister à effectuer un traitement additionnel d'un ou de plusieurs des courants de solides suspendus réduits afin de produire un produit de bio-huile.
