Abstract
La présente invention porte sur un produit en bois et plastique renforcé par de la paille de coton, qui comprend les composants suivants : 30 à 50 parties de bois à fibres courtes ; 10 à 30 parties de paille de coton à fibres longues, 25 à 45 parties de plastique usagé recyclé, 1 à 4 parties de lubrifiant ; 0,2 à 1 partie de stabilisant, 1 à 2 parties d'agent de couplage, et 1 à 5 parties d'autres additifs, les autres additifs comprenant un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants : un absorbeur d'ultraviolets, un antioxydant, un retardateur de flamme, un colorant et un compatibiliseur. Un procédé de préparation du produit en bois et plastique renforcé de paille de coton comprend les étapes de traitement de la matière en bois à fibres courtes, de préparation et de traitement de la paille de coton à fibres longues, de mélange des matières, de granulation et de moulage par extrusion. Le procédé renforce les propriétés mécaniques du produit en plastique et bois grâce à une préparation appropriée de la paille de coton à fibres longues et à l'addition de la paille de coton à fibres longues au produit en bois et plastique. Le produit de la présente invention est vert et écologique, il n'a pas de limite de forme et il a un large champ d'application et un faible coût.
