Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen einer Beschichtung auf ein Substrat unter Verwendung von kaltem Plasma, wobei mit einer Polymerbeschichtung versehene Partikel in ein kaltes Plasma bei weniger als 3000 K eingespeist und die hierdurch aktivierten Partikel auf einem Substrat abgeschieden werden. Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine Substratbeschichtung, die durch die erfindungsgemässen Verfahren erhalten werden kann. Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung die Verwendung plättchenförmiger Partikel mit einer Polymerbeschichtung mit einer mittleren Dicke von weniger als 2 μm bei der Substratbeschichtung unter Einsatz eines kalten Plasmas.
