Abstract

Es wird ein Schichtsystem (16) für Sonnenschutzglas angegeben, das in einer Wachstumsrichtung mindestens die folgenden Schichten in der genannten Reihenfolge aufweist: eine erste Aluminiumoxynitridschicht (2); eine Absorptionsschicht (3) aus einem Metall oder einer Metalllegierung; eine zweite Aluminiumoxynitridschicht (4); eine Folge von Zwischenschichten (14), die jeweils ein Oxid, Nitrid oder Oxynitrid aufweisen; mindestens eine Funktionsschicht (8), die Silber aufweist; eine Schutzschicht (9), die NiCrOx und/oder AlOxNy aufweist; eine Folge von Deckschichten (15), die jeweils ein Oxid, Nitrid oder Oxynitrid aufweisen, wobei mindestens ein Oxid, Nitrid oder Oxynitrid Al und/oder Si enthält. Weiterhin werden ein Sonnenschutzglas mit dem Schichtsystem (16) und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung angegeben.
