Abstract

L'invention concerne des capteurs de pathogènes, des systèmes destinés à la détection de pathogènes, des ligands peptidiques et des procédés destinés à la détection de pathogènes. Les capteurs de pathogènes incluent des particules d'argent fixées à des substrats optiquement transparents, un peptide de capture ou des ligands de type glycane immobilisé(s), fixé(s) aux particules d'argent et un peptide ou des ligands de type glycane de marquage libre(s) comportant des fluorophores. La liaison des ligands de capture immobilisés et des ligands de marquage libres au pathogène positionne le fluorophore à une distance suffisante des particules d'argent pour initier la fluorescence augmentée par le métal.
