Abstract
Es wird ein Batteriesystem (700) mit einem Gleichspannungszwischenkreis (706), einer Batteriesteuereinheit und einer mit dem Gleichspannungszwischenkreis (706) verbundenen Batterie beschrieben. Die Batterie umfasst wenigstens einen Batteriemodulstrang, der eine Reihenschaltung einer Mehrzahl von Batteriemodulen (400, 600, 702) umfasst, wobei die Mehrzahl von Batteriemodulen (400, 600, 702) wenigstens ein erstes Batteriemodul (702) und ein zweites Batteriemodul (400) umfasst. Das zweite Batteriemodul (400) umfasst wenigstens eine Batteriezelle (402) und ist mit einer Koppeleinheit (300, 500) verbunden. Die Koppeleinheit (300, 500) ist derart von der Batteriesteuereinheit ansteuerbar, dass sie das zweite Batteriemodul (400) überbrückt oder dem Batteriemodulstrang hinzuschaltet und so eine am Gleichspannungszwischenkreis (706) anliegende Ausgangsspannung in mehreren Spannungsstufen einstellt. Erfindungsgemäß umfasst das Batteriesystem (700) einen Gleichspannungswandler (704), der zum zweiten Batteriemodul (400) in Reihe geschaltet ist und der mit dem ersten Batteriemodul (702) verbunden ist. Der Gleichspannungswandler (704) ist ausgelegt, den Gleichspannungszwischenkreis (706) zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Spannungsstufen mit wenigstens einer Spannungszwischenstufe aufzuladen. Ferner werden ein Kraftfahrzeug mit dem Batteriesystem (700) und ein Verfahren zur Inbetriebnahme eines Batteriesystems beschrieben.
