Abstract

Die Kfz-Kontrolle besteht aus einem Gerät mit Optik und Elektronik, das die Durchfahrt eines Kraftfahrzeugs durch ein bestimmtes Gebiet erkennt und hierbei die Zeit, eventuell die Kfz-Kennung und den Fahrer mit Hilfe eines digitalen Fotos festhält und diese Daten per Funk an eine entfernt liegende Zentrale weitergeben kann. Einsatzgebiete sind der Straßenverkehr und Parkräume. Die erfindungsgemäße optische Überwachungsanlage zur Kontrolle von Kraftfahrzeugen, die in einen zu überwachenden Verkehrsraum hinein- oder hinausfahren ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Überwachungsanlage aus einem CCD-Chip und einer Optik, einer Funkuhr, einem Sender, einer Auswertelektronik mit Computerchip und Speichereinheit und aus einem Solarzellen-Panel besteht.
