Abstract

Dispositif d'aspiration de vapeurs (1) destiné à aspirer de l'air dans l'environnement d'une table de cuisson, qui comporte un module (2) pourvu d'une soufflante (3) pour aspirer de l'air et destiné à générer un flux selon les besoins au moyen de la soufflante (3), et au moins deux modules de filtrage (4) caractérisés en ce que chaque module de filtrage (4) comprend au moins un orifice d'aspiration (5), au moins un élément de fermeture (6) dudit orifice d'aspiration (5), qui peut aussi être fermé lors du fonctionnement de la soufflante (3), au moins un élément d'actionnement (8) destiné à actionner l'élément de fermeture (6) de manière telle que l'élément de fermeture (6) peut être ouvert ou fermé, et une conduite d'évacuation (9) qui est raccordée au module de soufflante (2).
