Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de vitrage (1) panoramique pour véhicule (2) qui comprend une pluralité de pans (3, 4, 5, 6) sécants, transparents et jointifs, dont au moins un pan frontal (3), comportant de préférence un panneau (20) en verre feuilleté, au moins deux pans latéraux (4, 5) rabattus disposés de part et d'autre dudit pan frontal, ainsi qu'un pan supérieur de toit (6), de préférence en polycarbonate, qui coiffe lesdits pans frontal (3) et latéraux (4, 5) de sorte à former avec ces derniers une coque (7) conçue pour envelopper au moins partiellement l'habitacle du véhicule, les jonctions (10, 11, 12) entre les pans latéraux (4, 5), frontal (3) et de toit (6) étant transparentes de sorte à assurer la continuité de la transparence de ladite coque (7).
