Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Abtrennung von Methan aus einem Synthesegasstrom, insbesondere Oxogasstrom (21), aufweisend die Schritte: Ankondensieren des Synthesegasstromes (21), so dass eine methanabgereicherte gasförmige Synthesegasfraktion (22) und ein methanangereichertes CO-reiches Kondensat (23) entstehen, Abscheiden des Kondensats (23), und Trennen des Kondensats (23) in einer Kolonne (35) in eine CH4-reichen, flüssigen Stoffstrom (24) und einen methanabgereicherten, CO-reichen, gasförmigen Stoffstrom (25), Abziehen des CO-reichen Stoffstromes (25) aus dem Kopf der Kolonne (35), Verdichten des CO- reichen Stoffstromes (25), und Mischen des CO-reichen Stoffstromes (25) mit der methanabgereicherten Synthesegasfraktion (26).
