 キャリパブレーキ装置は、制輪子を支持するガイドプレートと、ガイドプレートを支持し、キャリパ本体に進退自在に設けられるアンカピンと、キャリパ本体に進退自在に設けられるピストンと、ピストンに固定されアンカピンに支持されるピストンプレートと、キャリパ本体内に圧力室を画成するように設けられ、ピストン、ピストンプレート、及びガイドプレートを介して、制輪子を移動させる弾性膜と、ピストンプレートとガイドプレートの間に配設される中間部材と、を備える。中間部材がピストンプレートとガイドプレートの間に介在することで、ピストンプレートとガイドプレートの間に隙間が形成される。

Description

キャリパブレーキ装置
 本発明は、車輪とともに回転するブレーキディスクに摩擦力を付与することで、車輪の回転を制動するキャリパブレーキ装置に関する。
 従来から、鉄道車両等においては、油圧や空気圧等の流体圧力を利用して、車輪の回転を制動するブレーキ装置が用いられている。
 JP2011-236958Aには、空気圧を高めてダイヤフラムを膨張させることでピストンを移動させ、ピストンの移動により制輪子(ブレーキシュー)を車輪のブレーキディスクに摺接させるキャリパブレーキ装置が開示されている。
 上記したキャリパブレーキ装置では、制輪子はガイドプレートに支持されており、当該ガイドプレートはピストンに固定されている。制輪子がブレーキディスクに摺接する時に生じる摩擦熱は、ガイドプレート及びピストンを介してピストンの背面に配設されているダイヤフラムに伝達する。そのため、弾性膜であるダイヤフラムが熱劣化しやすいという問題がある。
 本発明の目的は、制輪子とディスクの摺接時に生じる摩擦熱が弾性膜に伝達することを抑制可能なキャリパブレーキ装置を提供することである。
 本発明のある態様によれば、車輪とともに回転するディスクに摩擦力を付与することで車輪を制動するキャリパブレーキ装置が提供される。キャリパブレーキ装置は、車体に支持されるキャリパ本体と、前記ディスクに摺接することで摩擦力を付与可能な制輪子と、前記制輪子を支持するガイドプレートと、前記ガイドプレートを支持するとともに、前記キャリパ本体に進退自在に設けられるアンカピンと、前記キャリパ本体に進退自在に設けられるピストンと、前記ピストンの前面に固定されるとともに、前記アンカピンに支持されるピストンプレートと、前記キャリパ本体内に圧力室を画成するように前記ピストンの背面に設けられ、当該圧力室内の作動流体圧により弾性変形することで、前記ピストン、前記ピストンプレート、及び前記ガイドプレートを介して、前記制輪子を移動させる弾性膜と、前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートとの間に配設される中間部材と、を備える。前記中間部材が前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートの間に介在することで、前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートの間に隙間が形成される。

 以下、図面を参照して、本発明の実施形態について説明する。
 まず、図1及び図2を参照して、本実施形態によるキャリパブレーキ装置100の全体構成について説明する。
 キャリパブレーキ装置100は、空気を作動流体として利用する鉄道車両用のブレーキ装置である。キャリパブレーキ装置100は、車輪1のディスク1Aに制輪子30を摺接させてディスク1Aに摩擦力を付与することで、車輪1の回転を制動する。
 キャリパブレーキ装置100は、キャリパ本体10と、キャリパ本体10を支持するとともに図示しない台車(車体)に固定される支持枠20と、を備える。また、キャリパブレーキ装置100は、車輪1を挟んで対向するようにキャリパ本体10に一対設けられ、車輪1のディスク1Aに摺接することで摩擦力を付与可能な制輪子30と、一方の制輪子30を支持するガイドプレート41と、キャリパ本体10に進退自在に設けられるとともにガイドプレート41を支持するアンカピン51と、空気圧により制輪子30をディスク1Aに向かって押圧する押圧機構60と、を備える。
 車輪1の外側及び内側の両端面には、制輪子30が摺接するディスク1Aが形成されている。ディスク1Aは、車輪1とともに一体的に回転するブレーキディスクである。なお、キャリパブレーキ装置100では、車輪1にディスク1Aを一体形成したが、ディスク1Aを別部材として車輪1に取り付けるようにしてもよい。
 図1に示すように、キャリパ本体10は、車輪1を跨ぐように延設される第1キャリパアーム11及び第2キャリパアーム12と、これらキャリパアーム11,12を連結するキャリパヨーク13と、キャリパヨーク13から車輪1側とは反対側に延設されるブラケット14と、を備える。キャリパ本体10は、ブラケット14を介して、支持枠20に取り付けられる。
 図1及び図2に示すように、キャリパ本体10のブラケット14は支持枠20を跨いで向かい合うように形成されており、ブラケット14及び支持枠20は上下一対のスライドピン21を介して連結されている。
 スライドピン21は、支持枠20及びキャリパ本体10のブラケット14を貫通して設けられる。スライドピン21の両端部は、キャリパ本体10のブラケット14に連結されている。キャリパ本体10は、スライドピン21を介して、当該スライドピン21の軸方向への移動が可能なように支持枠20に支持(フローティング支持)されている。
 なお、支持枠20とブラケット14との間に位置するスライドピン21の露出部分は、ゴム製のダストブーツ22によって覆われており、塵や埃等のダストから保護されている。
 制輪子30は、キャリパ本体10の第1キャリパアーム11及び第2キャリパアーム12のそれぞれの先端に、車輪1のディスク1Aに対向するように設けられる。制輪子30は、車輪1のディスク1Aに摺接するライニング31を有している。
 第1キャリパアーム11側の制輪子30は、押圧機構60を介して車輪1のディスク1Aに摺接するように押圧される。この制輪子30は、ライニング31が設けられる面と反対側の背面がガイドプレート41に固定されるように構成されている。ガイドプレート41には、制輪子30の背面に設けられた係合板32(図1参照)と係合可能な係合溝41Aが長手方向に沿って形成されている。ガイドプレート41は、後述するアンカピン51(図3参照)によってキャリパ本体10に支持されている。
 上記したキャリパブレーキ装置100では、押圧機構60により押圧された第1キャリパアーム11側の制輪子30が車輪1の一方のディスク1Aに摺接すると、キャリパ本体10が支持枠20に対してスライドピン21の軸方向に移動し、第2キャリパアーム12側の制輪子30が車輪1の他方のディスク1Aに摺接する。そして、2つの制輪子30のライニング31がディスク1Aに摺接する時に生じる摩擦力によって、車輪1の回転が制動される。
 次に、図3を参照して、キャリパ本体10の第1キャリパアーム11の内部構造について説明する。
 キャリパ本体10の第1キャリパアーム11の先端部分には、上下一対のアジャスタ50と、これらアジャスタ50の間に位置する押圧機構60とが設けられる。
 アジャスタ50は、車輪1のディスク1Aに対する制輪子30の初期位置を調整するものである。アジャスタ50は、アンカボルト52によって第1キャリパアーム11の上端部及び下端部のそれぞれ取り付けられている。
 アジャスタ50は、アンカボルト52によってキャリパ本体10に固定されるピン受部53と、ピン受部53に対して進退可能に設けられ、制輪子30をキャリパ本体10に対して支持するアンカピン51と、ピン受部53内へ進入する方向にアンカピン51を付勢する戻しばね54と、を備える。
 アンカピン51は、有底円筒状部材として形成されており、ピン受部53内に進退自在に設けられる。
 第1キャリパアーム11の上端部に位置するアンカピン51は、外周面から径方向に突出する鍔部51Aを有している。ガイドプレート41の上端部分にはアンカピン51を挿通させる挿通孔41Bが形成されており、この挿通孔41Bの周囲にはアンカピン51の鍔部51Aと嵌合する嵌合溝41Cが形成されている。上端側のアンカピン51は、鍔部51Aがガイドプレート41の嵌合溝41Cに嵌まることによって、ガイドプレート41を支持している。
 第1キャリパアーム11の下端部に位置するアンカピン51は、外周面に凹設された環状溝部51Bを有している。ガイドプレート41の下端部分にはアンカピン51を挿通させるU字状の切欠部41Dが形成されており、この切欠部41Dの一部がアンカピン51の環状溝部51Bに係合するようになっている。下端側のアンカピン51は、環状溝部51Bにガイドプレート41の切欠部41Dが係合することによって、ガイドプレート41を支持している。
 上下一対のアンカピン51は、制輪子30がディスク1Aに近接する際に、制輪子30とともに変位するガイドプレート41によってピン受部53から退出するように引き出される。アンカピン51は、制輪子30がディスク1Aに摺接する制動時に制輪子30を周方向に移動させようとする力に対抗して、制輪子30を保持する。
 アンカピン51の内部には、戻しばね54が設けられている。戻しばね54は、例えばコイルばねとして構成されている。戻しばね54は、制動状態から非制動状態になった時に、その付勢力によってアンカピン51を初期位置まで戻す付勢部材である。
 なお、アンカピン51は、制動時に外部に露出する部分がゴム製のダストブーツ55によって覆われるように構成されている。そのため、ピン受部53内に、塵や埃等のダストが入り込むことが防止される。
 押圧機構60は、キャリパ本体10の第1キャリパアーム11に形成されるシリンダ61と、シリンダ61に対して進退自在に設けられるピストン70と、ピストン70の背面に当接した状態でキャリパ本体10内に圧力室62を画成するように設けられるダイヤフラム63と、ピストン70に固定された状態でアンカピン51に支持されるピストンプレート64と、ピストンプレート64の前面に配設される中間部材65と、を備える。
 押圧機構60は、圧力室62内の空気圧を調整してダイヤフラム63を弾性変形させることで、ピストン70をシリンダ61に対して進退させる。制動時には、押圧機構60は、ピストン70をシリンダ61から退出させ、ピストンプレート64、中間部材65及びガイドプレート41を介して、制輪子30を車輪1のディスク1Aに押圧する。
 シリンダ61は略楕円状に形成されており、シリンダ61内にはピストン70が収容される。シリンダ61には、ピストン70の背面側の開口端を閉塞するキャリパカバー66がボルト67を介して固定される。
 ダイヤフラム63は、例えばゴム製の弾性膜である。ダイヤフラム63は、その外縁部63Aがシリンダ61の端面とキャリパカバー66の端面とによって挟まれた状態で、ピストン70の背面側に配設される。ダイヤフラム63とキャリパカバー66とによって、圧力室62が画成される。ダイヤフラム63は、圧力室62内の空気圧に応じて弾性変形し、ピストン70を進退させる。なお、圧力室62は、通孔68(図2参照)を通じて、外部の空気圧供給源に接続されている。
 ダイヤフラム63は、外縁部63Aと、ピストン70の背面に当接する当接部63Bと、外縁部63Aと当接部63Bとの間に連続して形成される折返し部63Cと、を有している。
 ダイヤフラム63の外縁部63Aは、シリンダ61とキャリパカバー66とによって挟持される。外縁部63Aがシール部材として機能するので、圧力室62の気密性が確保される。
 ダイヤフラム63の折返し部63Cは、シリンダ61とピストン70との間の隙間に位置する。折返し部63Cは、圧力室62内の空気圧に応じて、折り返された状態と伸長した状態とに変形可能に構成されている。
 ダイヤフラム63の当接部63Bは、ピストン70の背面に当接しており、圧力室62内の空気圧に応じてピストン70を押圧する。圧力室62内の空気圧が高められてダイヤフラム63が膨張すると、当接部63Bにより押圧されたピストン70は退出方向に移動する。
 ピストン70は、略楕円状の板部材である。ピストン70は、ダイヤフラム63の当接部63B及び折返し部63Cによって、シリンダ61内に保持されている。ピストン70とシリンダ61との間には、ダストブーツ69が設けられている。ダストブーツ69は、ゴム製の蛇腹状筒部材として構成されている。ダストブーツ69の一端はシリンダ61の前側(車輪側)の開口端外周に固定されており、ダストブーツ69の他端はピストン70の先端外周(車輪側外周)に固定されている。ダストブーツ69により、シリンダ61内に塵や埃等のダストが入り込むことを防止できる。
 ピストン70の前面には、ピストンプレート64が取り付けられる。ピストンプレート64は、ガイドプレート41と平行に設けられる板部材である。ピストンプレート64及びピストン70は、ピストンプレート64の前面側に配設されたボルト81(皿キャップボルト)とピストン70の背面側に配設されたナット82とが螺合することで、互いに締結されている。
 ピストンプレート64の前面には、中間部材65及びボルト81のヘッド部を収容可能な第1収容凹部64Aが2つ形成されている。また、ピストン70の背面には、第1収容凹部64Aと対向する位置に、ボルト81のねじ部及びナット82を収容可能な第2収容凹部71が形成されている。第1収容凹部64A及び第2収容凹部71の底面には、ボルト81の軸部分を挿通させる挿通孔64B,71Aが形成されている。
 ボルト81のヘッド部が第1収容凹部64Aの底部分に配置された状態では、ボルト81のねじ部は、挿通孔64B,71Aを通じて、空気室として構成された第2収容凹部71内に突出する。このように突出したボルト81のねじ部に、第2収容凹部71の底部分に配置されたナット82が螺合する。ナット82と第2収容凹部71の底面との間には、ワッシャ83と皿バネ84とが挟み込まれており、ボルト81とナット82の緩みが防止される。なお、第2収容凹部71の開口端にはキャップ部材72が嵌め込まれ、キャップ部材72により第2収容凹部71は閉塞されている。なお、ワッシャ83は円錐状に形成されたテーパワッシャであり、皿バネ84は円錐状に形成された皿バネである。
 このように第1収容凹部64A内に配設されたボルト81と第2収容凹部71内に配設されたナット82とが螺合することで、ピストン70の前面側にピストンプレート64が固定される。
 また、ピストンプレート64の上端部分には上側のアンカピン51が挿入される挿入孔64Cが形成されており、ピストンプレート64の下端部分には下側のアンカピン51が挿入される挿入孔64Cが形成されている。ピストンプレート64は、挿入孔64Cを介して、アンカピン51に摺動自在に支持されている。ピストンプレート64は、両端の挿入孔64Cがアンカピン51に支持されることで、シリンダ61内におけるピストン70の位置を規定する。
 中間部材65は、ガイドプレート41とピストンプレート64とによって挟まれる部材であって、ピストン70やピストンプレート64と比較して熱伝導率の低い材質で形成された略円板状の断熱部材である。中間部材65は、例えばガラス繊維を樹脂モールドした材料により形成されている。
 中間部材65は、第1収容凹部64A内に一部が収容された状態で、ピストンプレート64とガイドプレート41との間に配設される。第1収容凹部64A内に配設された状態では、中間部材65の一方の面はガイドプレート41の背面に当接しており、中間部材65の他方の面はボルト81のヘッド部の端面に当接している。中間部材65は、ピストン70及びダイヤフラム63への伝熱を遮断するため、つまり断熱効果を高めるため、中間部材65の厚さ方向に貫通形成される穴部65Aを有している。したがって、制輪子30からの熱は、穴部65A以外の中間部材65を通じてピストン70側へと伝達することとなる。
 第1収容凹部64Aの深さは、当該深さ方向における中間部材65の厚さよりも小さく設定されている。そして、中間部材65が第1収容凹部64Aから突出するように設けられることで、ピストンプレート64とガイドプレート41との間には隙間42が形成される。
 上記の通り、ピストンプレート64及びガイドプレート41は中間部材65のみを介して連接されており、ピストンプレート64とガイドプレート41との間には隙間42が形成されているので、制輪子30とディスク1Aとの摺接時に生じる摩擦熱がピストン70及びダイヤフラム63に伝達されにくくなる。
 また、ピストンプレート64及びピストン70は、ピストンプレート64とピストン70との間に空気層90が形成されるように構成されている。空気層90は、ピストンプレート64とピストン70との連結位置を除いた位置に設けられている。空気層90は断熱層として機能するので、制輪子30とディスク1Aとの摺接時に生じる摩擦熱は、ピストン70及びダイヤフラム63に伝達されにくくなる。
 次に、図1及び図3を参照して、キャリパブレーキ装置100の作用について説明する。
 鉄道車両の走行時に運転士等により制動操作が行われると、空気圧供給源からキャリパブレーキ装置100の圧力室62に空気が供給され、圧力室62内の空気圧が高められる。このように空気圧が高められるとダイヤフラム63が膨張し、ダイヤフラム63の当接部63Bに押圧されたピストン70は、車輪1のディスク1A側へと移動する。このようにピストン70が移動すると、ピストンプレート64、中間部材65、及びガイドプレート41を介して、制輪子30も車輪1のディスク1A側へと移動する。この時、ガイドプレート41を支持するアンカピン51もピン受部53から引き出されるように移動する。
 ピストン70の移動により第1キャリパアーム11側の制輪子30が車輪1の一方のディスク1Aに摺接すると、キャリパ本体10が支持枠20に対してスライドピン21の軸方向に移動し、第2キャリパアーム12側の制輪子30が車輪1の他方のディスク1Aに摺接する。そして、制輪子30のライニング31がディスク1Aに摺接する時に生じる摩擦力によって、車輪1の回転が制動される。
 キャリパブレーキ装置100では、ピストンプレート64及びガイドプレート41は中間部材65のみを介して連接されており、ピストンプレート64とガイドプレート41との間には隙間42が形成されているので、摩擦熱のピストン70及びダイヤフラム63への伝達が抑制される。
 一方、運転士等によって制動操作が解除されると、圧力室62内の空気が通孔68を介して排出され、ダイヤフラム63が収縮する。この時、アジャスタ50の内部に設けられた戻しばね54の付勢力(復元力)によってアンカピン51がピン受部53内に進入するように引き戻される。これにより、ピストン70は制動前の初期位置まで移動し、制輪子30は車輪1のディスク1Aから離間する。その結果、車輪1は、キャリパブレーキ装置100の影響を受けることなく回転することが可能となる。
 上記した本実施形態のキャリパブレーキ装置100によれば、以下の効果を得ることができる。
 キャリパブレーキ装置100では、制輪子30を支持するガイドプレート41と、ピストン70に固定されるピストンプレート64とは、中間部材65を介して連接されている。このように中間部材65を介在させることで、ピストンプレート64とガイドプレート41の間に隙間42が形成される。この隙間42により、車輪1のディスク1Aと制輪子30の摺接による摩擦熱がピストン70に伝達しにくくなる。これにより、摩擦熱がピストン70の背面に配設されるダイヤフラム63に伝達することを抑制できる。摩擦熱のダイヤフラム63への伝達を抑えることで、制輪子30による制動力を従来より高めた場合であってもダイヤフラム63の熱劣化を防止することができる。
 中間部材65は断熱部材として構成されているので、摩擦熱のダイヤフラム63への伝達をさらに抑制することが可能となる。
 ピストンプレート64には、中間部材65を収容可能な第1収容凹部64Aが形成されるので、中間部材65をピストンプレート64とガイドプレート41との間に容易に配置することが可能となる。
 第1収容凹部64Aの深さは当該深さ方向における中間部材65の厚さよりも小さく設定されており、中間部材65は第1収容凹部64Aから突出するように設けられる。これにより、ピストンプレート64とガイドプレート41の間に確実に隙間42を形成することができる。
 中間部材65は厚さ方向に貫通形成される穴部65Aを有しているので、中間部材65の断熱性能を高めることができる。制輪子30からの熱は穴部65A以外の中間部材65を介してピストン70側へと伝達することになるので、摩擦熱のダイヤフラム63への伝達をさらに抑制することが可能となる。
 ピストンプレート64は、ピストンプレート64の第1収容凹部64Aの底部に配置されたボルト81と、ピストン70の第2収容凹部71の底部に配置されたナット82とを介して、ピストン70の前面に取り付けられている。摩擦熱の一部は、中間部材65、ボルト81、ナット82、及びピストン70を介してダイヤフラム63に伝達される。しかしながら、ボルト81のねじ部及びナット82は第2収容凹部71内に収容されているため、ボルト81からナット82に伝わった熱は、ダイヤフラム63に直接伝達することがない。したがって、摩擦熱のダイヤフラム63への伝達をさらに抑制することが可能となる。
 ナット82と第2収容凹部71の底面との間には皿バネ84が挟み込まれており、ナット82は皿バネ84を介してボルト81に螺合している。皿バネ84を使用しない場合には、ナット82の端面の全体が第2収容凹部71の底面に接触することとなるが、ナット82と第2収容凹部71の底面の間に皿バネ84を介在させた場合には、皿バネ84が円錐形状であるため、ナット82の端面の一部が皿バネ84に接触するだけとなる。そのため、ボルト81からナット82に伝わった熱がピストン70に伝わりにくくなり、摩擦熱のダイヤフラム63への伝達をさらに抑制することが可能となる。また、ボルト81とナット82には車両の振動や摩擦熱が繰り返し入力するが、皿バネ84のバネ作用により外力等を吸収でき、ボルト81とナット82の緩みを防止することができる。
 なお、第2収容凹部71は空気室として形成されているので、第2収容凹部71内に収容されているナット82に伝わった熱がダイヤフラム63に伝達しにくく、摩擦熱のダイヤフラム63への伝達をさらに抑制することが可能となる。
 以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、上記実施形態は本発明の適用例の一部を示したに過ぎず、本発明の技術的範囲を上記実施形態の具体的構成に限定する趣旨ではない。
 キャリパブレーキ装置100では、ボルト81をピストンプレート64の第1収容凹部64A内に配設して、ナット82をピストン70の第2収容凹部71内に配設したが、これに限られるものではない。例えば、ボルト81を第2収容凹部71内に配設して、ナット82を第1収容凹部64A内に配設してもよい。この場合には、ナット82と第1収容凹部64Aの底面との間に、ワッシャ83及び皿バネ84が挟み込まれて、ボルト81とナット82の緩みが防止される。
 また、キャリパブレーキ装置100では、中間部材65は厚さ方向に貫通する穴部65Aを1つ有しているが、穴部65Aの形状や数はこれに限られるものではない。したがって、穴部65Aは、一つの中間部材65に複数形成されてもよいし、中間部材65を貫通しない溝形状として形成されてもよい。
 さらに、図4に示すように、キャリパブレーキ装置100においてはピストン70及びピストンプレート64の間に断熱体101を介在させてもよい。断熱体101は、ピストン70やピストンプレート64と比較して熱伝導率の低い材質で形成された略円板状の断熱部材である。断熱体101は、例えばガラス繊維を樹脂モールドした材料により形成されている。断熱体101は、ピストン70とピストンプレート64との連結位置であって、ピストン70の第2収容凹部71の前面とピストンプレート64の第1収容凹部64Aの背面との間に設けられている。断熱体101は、ボルト81の軸部分を挿通させる挿通孔101Aを有している。
 このように断熱体101を設けることにより、摩擦熱がピストンプレート64からピストン70に伝達しにくくなり、摩擦熱のダイヤフラム63への伝達をさらに抑制することが可能となる。
 本願は2012年8月6日に日本国特許庁に出願されたJP2012-173814に基づく優先権を主張し、これら出願の全ての内容は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (12)

  1.  車輪とともに回転するディスクに摩擦力を付与することで車輪を制動するキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     車体に支持されるキャリパ本体と、
     前記ディスクに摺接することで摩擦力を付与可能な制輪子と、
     前記制輪子を支持するガイドプレートと、
     前記ガイドプレートを支持するとともに、前記キャリパ本体に進退自在に設けられるアンカピンと、
     前記キャリパ本体に進退自在に設けられるピストンと、
     前記ピストンの前面に固定されるとともに、前記アンカピンに支持されるピストンプレートと、
     前記キャリパ本体内に圧力室を画成するように前記ピストンの背面に設けられ、当該圧力室内の作動流体圧により弾性変形することで、前記ピストン、前記ピストンプレート、及び前記ガイドプレートを介して、前記制輪子を移動させる弾性膜と、
     前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートとの間に配設される中間部材と、を備え、
     前記中間部材が前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートの間に介在することで、前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートの間に隙間が形成されるキャリパブレーキ装置。
  2.  請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記ピストンプレートは、前記中間部材の一部を収容する第1収容凹部を備えるキャリパブレーキ装置。
  3.  請求項2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記第1収容凹部の深さは、当該深さ方向における前記中間部材の厚さよりも小さく設定され、
     前記中間部材が前記第1収容凹部から突出するように設けられることで、前記ピストンプレートと前記ガイドプレートの間に前記隙間が形成されるキャリパブレーキ装置。
  4.  請求項2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記中間部材は、前記第1収容凹部に収容されていない側の端面が前記ガイドプレートに当接するように配設されるキャリパブレーキ装置。
  5.  請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記中間部材は、伝熱を抑制するための穴部を備え、前記制輪子からの熱が前記穴部以外の前記中間部材を介して前記ピストン側へと伝達するように構成されるキャリパブレーキ装置。
  6.  請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記中間部材は、断熱部材であるキャリパブレーキ装置。
  7.  請求項2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記ピストンの背面には、前記第1収容凹部と対応する位置に第2収容凹部が形成されており、
     前記ピストンプレート及び前記ピストンは、前記第1収容凹部及び前記第2収容凹部の一方の底部に配置されたボルトと他方の底部に配置されたナットとを介して、互いに締結されるキャリパブレーキ装置。
  8.  請求項7に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記ナットは、皿バネを介して前記ボルトに螺合するキャリパブレーキ装置。
  9.  請求項7に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記第2収容凹部は、空気室として構成されるキャリパブレーキ装置。
  10.  請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記ピストン及び前記ピストンプレートは、断熱体を介して連結されるキャリパブレーキ装置。
  11.  請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記ピストンと前記ピストンプレートの間には、空気層がさらに形成されるキャリパブレーキ装置。
  12.  請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
     前記キャリパ本体に設けられ、前記ピストンを収容するシリンダと、
     前記シリンダと前記ピストンとの間に設けられるダストブーツと、をさらに備え、
     前記ダストブーツは、筒状部材として形成されており、
     前記ダストブーツの一端は前記シリンダの先端外周に固定され、他端は前記ピストンの先端外周に固定されるキャリパブレーキ装置。
