Abstract

L'invention concerne un composé purifié de formule 1. L'invention concerne toutes les formes isomères et les formes tautomères du composé de formule 1 et leurs sels et dérivés pharmaceutiquement acceptables. La présente invention concerne en outre les procédés d'isolement et de production du composé de formule 1 par fermentation de la souche PM1029477/MTCC 5709 de Streptomycetes. L'invention concerne également les compositions pharmaceutiques contenant composé de formule 1 sous la forme d'un ingrédient actif et leur utilisation dans le traitement du cancer.
