Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une semelle (3) d'un article de sport d'hiver de type planche, laquelle semelle (3) présente une surface de contact glissant sur la neige ou la glace. Le procédé consiste à préparer une couche de base (5) constituée d'un premier matériau, et au moins une couche supplémentaire (7) constituée d'un autre matériau. Dans la couche de base (5) sont ménagées des ouvertures (10) prédéfinies agencées de manière structurée. La ou les couches supplémentaires (7) sont appliquées à plat sur la face arrière de la couche de base (5) opposée à la surface de contact de la semelle (3) et sont assemblées à la couche de base (5). Au cours de cette opération d'assemblage, la ou les couches supplémentaires (7) pénètrent via les ouvertures présentes dans la couche de base (5) de telle manière que les surfaces de glisse de la couche de base (5) et de la ou des couches supplémentaires (7) sont en affleurement ou au moins à peu près en affleurement et forment ensemble la surface de contact de la semelle (3). On obtient ainsi un procédé efficace et techniquement fiable de fabrication d'une meilleure semelle d'un article de sport d'hiver de type planche.
