- sodium nitrate to reduce the irritation of tooth whitening agents on the gums
- spices the addition of antihistamines, etc.
- antihistamines etc.
- the method of whitening teeth used in the prior art is usually applied by the user to the teeth in the oral cavity, but the problem is that the unevenness of the application and the enzyme contained in the saliva interfere with the whitening agent, so the effect of whitening is not uniform and effective.
- the whitening agent is applied to the tooth mold so that the user can put the tooth mold into the mouth when the white teeth are needed.
- the method of applying the whitening agent to the tooth mold may reduce the chance of the user swallowing the medicament.
- the method of previously applying the whitening agent to the tooth form of the tooth exposes the agent to the air early, which affects the whitening efficiency of the agent.
- a dental sleeve mold comprising a thermoplastic resin layer, a whitening agent layer, and an alkali-soluble resin layer.
- the whitening agent layer may be disposed on one side of the thermoplastic resin layer and contains a whitening agent.
- the alkali-soluble resin layer is disposed on the whitening agent layer.
- the thermoplastic resin layer is an acid-resistant oxidizing agent, and the softening temperature of the thermoplastic resin layer It is 35 ⁇ 95 °C.
- thermoplastic resin layer may be composed of one or a combination of polyurethane, polyacrylic acid, polyvinyl acetate.

- the whitening agent layer 11 is provided on one side of the thermoplastic resin layer 10, and the whitening agent layer 11 contains a whitening agent.
- the alkali-soluble resin layer 12 is provided on the whitening agent layer 11.
- the thermoplastic resin layer 10 is an acid-resistant oxidizing agent, and the thermoplastic resin layer 10 may have a softening temperature of 35 to 95 °C.
- the thermoplastic resin layer 10 is composed of a combination of one or a combination of polyurethane, polyacrylic acid, and polyvinyl acetate.
- the whitening agent layer 11 is a polypropylene non-woven fabric having a whitening agent containing hydrogen peroxide or urea peroxide. It is worth noting that the whitening agent may also contain a stabilizer, an acidifying agent for shielding the transition metal ions, for example: tartaric acid, phosphoric acid, phytic acid or pyrophosphoric acid. Further, the alkali-soluble resin layer 12 may be a mixture of polyacrylic acid and polyacrylic acid methyl ester.
- the alkaline contact agent dissolves the alkali-soluble resin layer.
- the alkaline contact agent reacts with the whitening agent to release the whitening agent to release at least one reactive oxygen medium for whitening the teeth.
- the user may first apply the alkaline contact agent to the alkali-soluble resin layer 12, at which time the alkaline contact agent dissolves the alkali-soluble resin layer 12 first, and then gradually with the alkali-soluble resin layer 12
- the whitening agent contained in the coated whitening agent layer 11 is reacted to cause the whitening agent to release at least one reactive oxygen medium. It is worth noting that since the user can customize the dental mold 1 according to the tooth size or tooth state of each user, the whitening agent after reacting with the alkaline contact agent will be limited to the dental mold 1 and the user. Tooth whitening reaction between the teeth without easily leaking the whitening agent or alkaline contact agent.
- the dental sleeve mold 1 of the present invention can be regarded as a thermoplastic composite sheet structure. After the thermoplastic composite sheet is softened by heating, it can be attached to the teeth of the user, and the thermoplastic composite sheet is molded by using the teeth as a male mold. The female mold of the shape of the user's teeth is removed after cooling to obtain the dental mold of the present invention.
- the structure of the dental sleeve 1 is based on a thermoplastic resin, and is selected from a thermoplastic resin having an acid-resistant oxidizing agent having a softening point of between 45 and 75 ° C, and a non-woven fabric impregnated with a whitening agent is disposed thereon.
- the upper layer of the whitening agent impregnated nonwoven fabric is coated with an alkali-soluble resin film.
- the alkali-soluble resin film can protect the whitening agent impregnated non-woven fabric from contamination or dilution during the thermoplastic forming operation, and the material can be selected by mixing acrylic acid and methyl acrylate.
- the structure of the above dental sleeve 1 is used by first spraying a thermoplastic tooth mold into hot water, allowing the temperature of the dental mold to exceed the first glass transition temperature Tgl of the thermoplastic resin and approaching the melting point, and then taking out and attaching it.
- Tgl first glass transition temperature
- the user can apply a quantitative alkaline contact agent to the alkali-soluble resin film surface of the dental mold, and can fit the tooth mold over the teeth, when the alkaline contact agent and the alkali are dissolved.
- the reaction procedure is triggered.
- the alkaline contact agent dissolves the alkali-soluble resin film on the surface of the dental mold
- the whitening agent enclosed in the dental mold is released, and the release activity is released after the whitening agent is contacted with the alkaline contact agent.
- the reaction of the oxygen medium, the active oxygen medium can whiten the teeth. Therefore, the tooth cover mold of the present invention can not only reduce the effect of the drug being diluted into the oral cavity by saliva, but also prevent the user from being uncomfortable by swallowing an excessive amount of the drug.
- the whitening agent of the present invention is a substance which forms a hydrogen bond or an ionic bond in combination with a tooth whitening agent (as an oxidizing agent), binds to a tooth whitening agent, and can form a hydrogen bond or an ionic bond with a tooth whitening agent (as an oxidizing agent).
- the tooth whitening agent can be stabilized without losing the oxidizing ability to achieve stable storage and avoid eroding the packaging container.
