L'invention concerne la production d'analogues de rifamycine contre des bactéries résistantes aux médicaments. L'invention concerne également des composés antibactériens contre des mycobactéries résistantes aux médicaments. L'invention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un composé antibactérien contre des bactéries résistantes aux médicaments, notamment des mycobactéries. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de composés antibactériens pour le traitement d'une maladie causée par des bactéries, et notamment des mycobactéries.
