Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système (700) et un procédé permettant de réaliser une opération de soudage ou de placage au moyen de multiples consommables (140A, 140B, 140C, 140D, 140E, 140F, 140G) en une seule opération, opération lors de laquelle la totalité de l'entrée de chaleur est diminuée. Chacun des consommables (140A, 140B, 140C, 140D, 140E, 140F, 140G) peut être déposé dans un unique bain de fusion (145), toute l'énergie appliquée au bain de fusion (145) par les consommables de queue (140B, 140C, 140D, 140E, 140F, 140G) étant inférieure à celle du consommable de tête (140A). Selon des modes de réalisation supplémentaires, l'invention permet d'utiliser plus d'un bain de fusion (145), mais l'énergie appliquée par le consommable de tête (140A) demeure supérieure à celle des consommables de queue (140B, 140C, 140D, 140E, 140F, 140G).
