Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de déversement de rouleaux de monnaie comprenant un mécanisme de support (A), un circuit de commande, et une pluralité de mécanismes (B) de cassette à monnaie. Chacun des mécanismes (B) de cassette à monnaie comprend un canal (10) à rouleau permettant de recevoir un rouleau (4) de monnaie, un orifice de sortie (11) de pièces de monnaie situé au niveau d'une extrémité de queue du canal (10) à rouleau, et un ensemble de décalage de pièces de monnaie permettant de décaler le rouleau (4) de monnaie situé au niveau de l'orifice de sortie (11) de pièces de monnaie du mécanisme (B) de cassette à monnaie de sorte que le rouleau (4) de monnaie soit déversé à partir de l'orifice de sortie (11) de pièces de monnaie. L'ensemble de décalage de pièces de monnaie comprend un moteur d'entraînement (9), un mécanisme de transmission, et une pièce de décalage (2) qui sont raccordés et reliés de manière séquentielle. Le dispositif utilise une structure de cassette à monnaie cellulaire, de sorte qu'un grand nombre de pièces de monnaie soit déversé par unité de temps et qu'un traitement par lot d'un grand nombre de pièces de monnaie puisse être obtenu ; en outre, pour chaque mécanisme (B) de cassette à monnaie, un rouleau (4) de monnaie est déversé par utilisation d'un ensemble de décalage de pièces de monnaie entraîné de manière indépendante, de sorte que le nombre de rouleaux (4) de monnaie soit contrôlé de manière précise, et le problème lié au surpoids provoqué par un grand nombre de pièces de monnaie est évité.
