Abstract

一种整卷硬币出币装置,包括支架机构(A)、控制电路以及币箱机构(B),其中所述的币箱机构(B)具有复数个,每个币箱机构(B)包括容纳整卷硬币(4)的滚道(10)、位于滚道(10)末端的出币口(11)以及用于拨动位于币箱机构(B)出币口(11)处的该卷整卷硬币(4)使其从出币口(11)吐出的拨币组件,拨币组件包括依次连接联动的驱动电机(9)、传动机构和拨片(2)。该装置通过采用蜂巢式币箱结构,单位时间内出币量大,可以实现大量硬币批量处理,另外每个币箱机构(B)通过独立驱动的拨币组件拨出整卷硬币(4),精确控制整卷硬币(4)出币数量,避免了硬币量大而过重的问题。该装置具有结构简单,易于维护和可靠性高的优点,实现整卷硬币(4)自动出币,且其过程可控,适用于大批量硬币交易。

Description

一种整 币出币装置 本申请要求于 2013 年 6 月 17 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 CN201310239439.5 , 发明名称为"一种整卷硬币出币装置"的中国专利申请 的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及金融专用设备, 特别涉及一种用于金融自助设置中的自动 整卷硬币出币装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展, 硬币的应用也越来越广泛。 一些机器或设备需投入 硬币才能启动或完成交易, 如一些游乐场所的设施、 超市的存储拒、 只识 别硬币的自动售货机等等。 同时, 在一些菜市场或超市都需要大量硬币来 流通交换。 这样在硬币流通环节人们不仅仅需求处理少量硬币散币处理设 备, 也需要能够快速处理大批量硬币的设备。 而现有的散币出币器, 出币 量小, 出币速度慢, 不适用于大批量硬币交易。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题, 本发明的目的是提供一种整卷硬币出币装置, 其 可以整卷硬币自动出币从而实现大批量快速自动出币。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 一种整卷硬币出币装置, 包括支架机构、 控制电路以及币箱机构, 其特征在于: 所述的币箱机构具有复数个, 每个 币箱机构包括容纳整卷硬币的滚道、 位于滚道末端的出币口以及用于拨动 位于币箱机构出币口处的该卷整卷硬币使其从出币口吐出的拨币组件, 拨 币组件包括依次连接联动的驱动电机、 传动机构和拨片。
所述的拨片末端向拨币方向弯曲形成拨币端。
所述的拨片末端边缘为弧形。
所述传动机构包括联动的主动轮、 传动轮、 转轮和拨片轴, 其中主动 轮与驱动电机连接联动, 拨片轴与拨片固接。 所述的滚道由高往低向出币口方向倾斜。
所述的币箱机构设有水平的滚道, 币箱机构倾斜地设于支架机构上; 或者,所述的币箱机构设有倾斜的滚道, 币箱机构水平地设于支架机构上。
在所述出币口的位置固定设有用于挡住整卷硬币沿滚道方向直接从出 币口滚出的挡板。
所述的币箱机构具有十六个。
本发明通过采用蜂巢式币箱结构, 单位时间内出币量大, 可以实现大 量硬币批量处理, 另外每个币箱机构通过独立驱动的拨币组件拨出整卷硬 币, 精确控制整卷硬币出币数量, 避免了硬币量大而过重的问题。 本发明 具有结构筒单, 易于维护和可靠性高的优点, 实现整卷硬币自动出币, 且 其过程可控, 适用于大批量硬币交易。

下面所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实 施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳 动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明是一种整卷硬币出币装置, 包括支架机构 A、 控制电路(未在图中示出) 以及币箱机构 B。 币箱机构 B具有复数个, 呈蜂巢式结构, 例如本实施例中, 币箱机构 B具有十六个(按 4 x 4排列)。
如图 3-5所示, 每个币箱机构 B均有独立出币的功能, 包括容纳整卷 硬币的滚道 10、位于滚道 10末端的出币口 11以及用于拨动位于币箱机构 出币口 11处的该卷整卷硬币 4使其从出币口吐出的拨币组件。拨币组件包 括依次连接联动的驱动电机 9、传动机构和拨片 2。驱动电机 9安装在滚道 10底部。
优选的, 所述的拨片 2末端向拨币方向弯曲形成拨币端, 以勾住位于 币箱机构出币口处的该卷整卷硬币将其带出。 所述的拨片 2末端边缘为弧 形, 用以减小拨币过程中压力角, 降低负载。 对应不同外径范围的硬币, 采用不同尺寸规格的拨片 2与之匹配, 通过设置具有不同的拨币端面弧度 及长度的拨片 2, 实现对不同币种硬币的支持。 所述传动机构包括联动的 主动轮 6、 传动轮 7、 转轮 8和拨片轴 3, 其中主动轮 6与驱动电机 9连接 联动,拨片轴 3通过插销与拨片 2固接。在出币口 11的位置固定设有挡板 1 , 用于挡住整卷硬币 4沿滚道 10方向直接从出币口 11滚出。在本实施例 中, 挡板 1位于出币口 11中部、 拨片轴 3的内侧位置, 拨片轴 3在挡板 1 左右两侧位置上分别固设有一个拨片 2, 拨片 2的转动一周能带动位于币 箱机构出币口 11处的整卷硬币 4翻过挡板 1 , 从币箱机构 B中吐出。 挡板 1也可位于出币口 11两侧位置, 只要能挡住整卷硬币 4沿滚道 10方向直 接从出币口 11滚出, 同时不妨碍拨片 2转动即可。
滚道 10可以是水平的, 但此时需要在滚道 10后方设置推顶机构, 以 推顶位于滚道 10后面的整卷硬币 4往前移动。 优选的, 如图 6所示, 滚道 10由高往低向出币口 11方向倾斜, 以便让滚道 10后面的整卷硬币 4利用 自重顺利滑下。 例如本实施例中, 如图 3所示, 币箱机构 B设有相对于币 箱支架 5来说是水平的滚道, 再如图 1所示将币箱机构 B整体倾斜地设于 支架机构 A上; 或者, 也可以直接在币箱机构 B设置相对于币箱支架 5来 说是倾斜的滚道 10, 再将币箱机构 B整体水平地设于支架机构 A上, 只 要能够实现使滚道 10由高往低向出币口 11方向倾斜即可。滚道 10的宽度 与整卷硬币 4的长度基本相符, 以使整卷硬币 4能够整齐的横向排列在滚 道 10中并在其中按顺序移动。 本发明的工作原理如下:
多卷装包好的整卷硬币 4, 按顺序横向装入币箱机构 B, 如图 3所示, 整卷硬币 4整齐排放在每个币箱机构 B内;
将币箱机构 B倾斜地插入支架机构 A, 如图 1所示, 整个币箱机构 B 以及其中的滚道 10由高往低向出币口 11方向倾斜,与水平面呈一定倾角; 如图 6所示, 收到出币命令后, 币箱机构 B的驱动电机 9通过主动轮 6带动传动轮 7、 转轮 8、 拨片轴 3, 从而带拨片 2转动, 拨片 2的转动一 周会带动位于币箱机构出币口 11处的该卷整卷硬币 4翻过挡板 1 , 从币箱 机构 B中吐出, 从而实现整卷硬币出币;
位于币箱机构出币口 11处的该卷整卷硬币 4出币后, 因为滚道 10是 倾斜的, 滚道 10内其它的整卷硬币 4由于自身重力的作用会向出币口 11 方向滚动, 填补上一次出币后的空位, 同时拨片 2依光学感应器感应, 转 动一周后停在初始位置, 等待下一次出币命令。 本发明在设计上把机械、 电子以及光学等技术溶为一体, 实现整卷硬币自动出币。

Claims

1.一种整卷硬币出币装置, 包括支架机构、 控制电路以及币箱机构, 其特征在于: 所述的币箱机构具有复数个, 每个币箱机构包括容纳整卷硬 币的滚道、 位于滚道末端的出币口以及用于拨动位于币箱机构出币口处的 该卷整卷硬币使其从出币口吐出的拨币组件, 拨币组件包括依次连接联动 的驱动电机、 传动机构和拨片。

7. 根据权利要求 1-6中任一权利要求所述的整卷硬币出币装置, 其特 征在于: 在所述出币口的位置固定设有用于挡住整卷硬币沿滚道方向直接 从出币口滚出的挡板。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的整卷硬币出币装置, 其特征在于: 所述的币 箱机构具有十六个。
