Abstract

Au cours d'un procédé de pierrage, on vise à obtenir un diamètre final le plus précis possible. En fonction de la position d'une butée fixe (1a + 1b) réglable principalement mécaniquement, la course d'approche du piston d'approche (3) ou l'élargissement du support de baguette de pierrage (4) est limité(e). Ce système peut être utilisé de manière particulièrement avantageuse dans des centres d'usinage (BAZ). Au cours d'un procédé combiné, la puissance absorbée est surveillée et, en cas de chute de la puissance absorbée, on met fin à l'entraînement de l'outil et le processus est arrêté.
