Abstract
Au cours d'un procédé de pierrage, on vise à obtenir un diamètre final le plus précis possible. Lors de l'utilisation de dispositifs d'approche hydrauliques, ceci n'est possible que de manière insuffisante. Le nouvel outil de pierrage permet de régler le diamètre final de l'opération de pierrage respective par un simple ajustement d'une butée fixe (1a + 1b). Il ne reste qu'à compenser l'usure restante à l'intérieur de la plage de tolérance. En fonction de la position d'une butée fixe (1a + 1b) réglable principalement mécaniquement, la course d'approche du piston d'approche (3) ou l'élargissement du support de baguette de pierrage (4) est limité(e). Ce système peut être utilisé de manière particulièrement avantageuse dans des centres d'usinage (BAZ). Au cours d'un procédé combiné, la puissance absorbée est surveillée et, en cas de chute de la puissance absorbée, on met fin à l'entraînement de l'outil et le processus est arrêté.
