Abstract

La présente invention concerne un gant de travail protecteur et un procédé de fabrication d'un gant de travail protecteur. Le gant de travail protecteur sert à protéger les mains contre les chocs physiques ou mécaniques, tels que l'usure, les coupures et/ou les coups et, dans une certaine mesure, à la protection contre certains produits chimiques, l'eau, les huiles, les lubrifiants et/ou les détergents. Le gant de travail protecteur (1) comprend une doublure de gant tricotée (13), la doublure de gant étant pourvue d'un revêtement améliorant la préhension (12) en un matériau polymère recouvrant au moins le côté paume (15) de la main et les doigts (3, 4, 5) de la doublure de gant. L'extrémité poignet du gant est coupée au niveau d'une zone entourant les os du carpe de la main afin d'améliorer la liberté de mouvement de la main et de réduire les irritations causées par une extrémité manchette (7) au niveau de la zone carpienne lorsque l'on porte le gant.
