콤팩트 용기
본 발명은 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 액상의 내용물이 함침된 내용물 흡수부재의 상부에 다수의 내용물 토출홀이 형성된 피스톤을 설치하여 내용물 도포부재를 통해 피스톤을 가압시 피스톤 하강에 따른 내용물 흡수부재의 압착에 의해 다수의 내용물 토출홀을 통해 일정량의 내용물을 토출하여 사용하는 것이 가능한 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 콤팩트 용기는 여성들이 휴대하면서 얼굴화장에 사용되는 색조화장품이나 백분을 수납하여 간편하게 휴대할 수 있는 것을 말한다.
이러한 콤팩트 용기는 다양한 형상으로 제공되고 있는데, 어떤 형상과도 무관하게 색조화장품이나 백분의 내용물을 수납 보관하고 있으며, 사용시에는 용기본체의 전면부에 구비된 버튼을 가압하여 외부뚜껑을 용기본체에서 힌지 회동에 의해 열고 내부에 수용된 퍼프나 솔 등의 화장용구를 이용하여 화장품을 묻혀 얼굴화장에 사용하는 것은 공통점이다.
한편, 최근 들어, 콤팩트 용기 내부에 액상의 내용물을 수용하여 토출시키기 위한 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있는데, 이러한 액상 내용물을 수납하여 토출시키기 위한 콤팩트 용기가 공개특허 제10-2009-0100643호에 개시되어 있다.
상기 공개특허는 W/O(유중수)형 유화 자외선 차단 화장료 조성물을 발포 우레탄 폼에 함침시킨 후, 팩트 타입의 용기에 포장하여 내용물 도포부재를 통해 우레탄 폼에 함침된 화장료 조성물을 사용할 수 있도록 구성된 것이 특징이다.
그러나, 상기 공개특허는 중케이스를 개방시 화장료 조성물이 함침된 우레탄 폼이 그대로 외부로 노출되는 구조로서, 우레탄 폼에 함침된 화장료 조성물을 사용하기 위해서는 내용물 도포부재를 우레탄 폼에 직접 접촉하여 찍어 바르게 되므로, 사용자가 원하는 만큼 내용물의 토출량을 조절하여 사용하는 것이 불가능한 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 액상의 내용물이 함침된 내용물 흡수부재의 상부에 다수의 내용물 토출홀이 형성된 피스톤을 설치하여 내용물 도포부재를 통해 피스톤을 가압시 피스톤 하강에 따른 내용물 흡수부재의 압착에 의해 다수의 내용물 토출홀을 통해 일정량의 내용물을 토출하여 사용하는 것이 가능한 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 콤팩트 용기는, 하부케이스; 상기 하부케이스의 내측에 위치하며, 액상의 내용물이 함침된 내용물 흡수부재가 수용되는 내용물 수용부; 상기 내용물 수용부의 내측에서 상기 내용물 흡수부재의 상부에 설치되며, 사용자 조작에 따라 상기 내용물 흡수부재를 가압하여 상기 내용물 흡수부재에 함침된 내용물을 일정량 토출시키는 피스톤; 상기 하부케이스의 내측에서 상기 내용물 수용부를 감싸며 결합되는 중간케이스; 상기 내용물 수용부의 상부를 개폐하도록 상기 중간케이스에 힌지결합되는 밀폐부재; 및 상기 내용물 도포부재를 감싸며 상기 하부케이스에 상하로 회동 가능하도록 힌지결합되는 상부케이스;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 피스톤은 상기 내용물 수용부의 기밀성이 유지되도록 상기 내용물 수용부의 내주면에 밀착된 상태로 승하강되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 피스톤에는 상기 내용물 흡수부재에 함침된 내용물이 골고루 토출되도록 다수의 내용물 토출홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용물 수용부의 내측에는 상기 피스톤을 상방향으로 이동시키는 스프링이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하에서는 도 4를 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기의 내용물 토출과정을 설명하기로 한다. 도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기의 내용물 토출과정을 보인 설명도이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 상부케이스(600)를 상방향으로 회동하여 개방한 상태에서 내용물 도포부재(540)를 파지하여 피스톤(300)의 상단을 가압하게 되면, 피스톤(300)이 하강하게 되는데, 이로 인하여, 피스톤(300)의 하부에 위치하는 내용물 흡수부재(210)가 가압되어 내용물 흡수부재(210)에 함침된 액상의 내용물이 피스톤(300)의 내용물 토출홀(310)을 통해 일정량 토출이 이루어지게 되며, 내용물 토출홀(310)을 통해 피스톤(300)의 상단으로 내용물이 토출되면, 내용물 도포부재(540)에 내용물을 묻혀 사용하는 것이 가능하게 된다.
상기와 같이, 피스톤(300)이 하강하게 되면, 피스톤(300)의 하부에 결합된 제2지지체(240)가 함께 하강하며 스프링(220)의 수축이 이루어지게 되는데, 내용물 도포부재(540)를 통해 피스톤(300)을 가압하던 압력을 해제하게 되면, 스프링(220)의 탄성력에 의해 제2지지체(240)가 상승하게 되며, 이로 인하여, 제2지지체(240)의 상부에 위치하는 피스톤(300)이 함께 상승하여 다음 토출을 위한 상태로 복원이 이루어지게 된다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 하부케이스;
    상기 하부케이스의 내측에 위치하며, 액상의 내용물이 함침된 내용물 흡수부재가 수용되는 내용물 수용부;
    상기 내용물 수용부의 내측에서 상기 내용물 흡수부재의 상부에 설치되며, 사용자 조작에 따라 상기 내용물 흡수부재를 가압하여 상기 내용물 흡수부재에 함침된 내용물을 일정량 토출시키는 피스톤;
    상기 하부케이스의 내측에서 상기 내용물 수용부를 감싸며 결합되는 중간케이스;
    상기 내용물 수용부의 상부를 개폐하도록 상기 중간케이스에 힌지결합되는 밀폐부재; 및
    상기 내용물 도포부재를 감싸며 상기 하부케이스에 상하로 회동 가능하도록 힌지결합되는 상부케이스;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어리스 콤팩트 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 피스톤은 상기 내용물 수용부의 기밀성이 유지되도록 상기 내용물 수용부의 내주면에 밀착된 상태로 승하강되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 피스톤에는 상기 내용물 흡수부재에 함침된 내용물이 골고루 토출되도록 다수의 내용물 토출홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내용물 수용부의 내측에는 상기 피스톤을 상방향으로 이동시키는 스프링이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 내용물 수용부의 바닥면에 위치하여 상기 스프링의 하단을 지지하는 제1지지체 및 상기 피스톤의 하부에 결합되어 상기 스프링의 상단을 지지하는 제2지지체가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐부재의 하단에는 상기 피스톤의 상단을 가압하여 피스톤이 상방향으로 이동하는 것을 차단하는 가압돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
