일반적으로 눈,입술 화장시에는 사용자 취향에 따라 액상 내용물 또는 고형 내용물 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 화장을 진행하게 되는데, 액상 내용물 또는 고형 내용물에 따라 사용방법이 다르기 때문에 각각 서로 다른 용기에 저장된 상태로 판매가 이루어지게 된다.

상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 이종 내용물 저장 용기는 액상 내용물이 저장되는 제1저장용기; 고형 내용물이 저장되는 제2저장용기; 상기 제1저장용기 및 제2저장용기를 수용하며 상기 제1저장용기 및 제2저장용기가 삽입,인출되도록 상단과 하단이 개방 형성되되, 그 내주면 양측에 나선형홈이 형성되는 상부회전체 및 상기 상부회전체의 하부에 회전가능하게 결합되는 하부회전체로 이루어지는 용기본체; 상기 제1저장용기의 상부에 결합되며 상기 제2저장용기가 수용되는 공간을 형성하되, 상기 제2저장용기가 삽입,인출되도록 상단이 개방 형성되고, 상기 상부회전체 또는 하부회전체의 회전에 의해 승하강되며 상기 제1저장용기 또는 제2저장용기를 이동시키는 승하강부재; 및 상기 승하강부재를 감싸며 상기 하부회전체에 결합되어 상기 하부회전체의 회전에 따라 함께 회전하며 상기 승하강부재를 승하강시키는 승하강가이드부재;를 포함하되,

도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이종 내용물 저장 용기의 구성을 보인 분해사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이종 내용물 저장 용기의 구성을 보인 결합단면도이다.
도 1 및 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이종 내용물 저장 용기는 제1저장용기(100), 제2저장용기(200), 용기본체(300), 승하강부재(400), 승하강 가이드부재(500)가 포함된다.
상기 제1저장용기(100)는 액상 내용물(M1)이 저장되는 것으로서, 그 상부에는 액상 내용물(M1)이 배출되는 것이 가능하도록 배출부(110)가 구비되는데, 상기 배출부(110)의 외주면에는 후술할 승하강부재(400)와의 나사결합이 가능하도록 제1나사산(111)이 형성된다.
또한, 상기 배출부(110)에는 내용물 도포팁(440)의 인출시 내용물 도포팁(440)에 묻어 있는 액상 내용물(M1)을 쓸어내려 제1저장용기(100)로 회수하는 와이퍼(600)가 결합되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제2저장용기(200)는 고형 내용물(M2)이 구비되는 것으로서, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 제2저장용기(200)는 고형 내용물(M2)이 거꾸로 뒤집힌 상태로 용기본체(300)의 내부에 수용되는 것이 특징으로서, 별도의 캡이 존재하지 않아도 외부 공기와의 접촉이 차단되는 것이 가능하다.
또한, 상기 제2저장용기(200)는 용기본체(300)의 내부에 수용된 상태에서 상부회전체(310)를 일측으로 회전시 승하강부재(400)가 상승함에 따라 상부회전체(310)의 상부로 회전받침대(210)의 노출이 이루어지도록 구성되는데, 사용자가 상부로 노출된 회전받침대(210)를 파지하여 제2저장용기(200)를 용기본체(300)로부터 인출한 후, 회전받침대(210)의 회전을 통해 고형 내용물(M2)을 사용할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 제2저장용기(200)는 고형 내용물(M2)을 지지하는 홀더와, 홀더의 하부에 위치하며 회전에 의해 홀더를 승하강시키는 회전받침대와, 홀더의 승하강을 가이드하는 가이드부와, 고형 내용물(M2)이 삽입, 인출되는 수용관 등으로 구성되는데, 홀더, 회전받침대, 가이드부, 수용관 등의 구조는 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 공지기술이므로 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
상기 용기본체(300)는 상기 제1저장용기(100) 및 제2저장용기(200)를 수용하되, 그 상단과 하단을 통해 제1저장용기(100) 및 제2저장용기(200)가 삽입,인출되는 것이 가능하도록 상단과 하단이 개방 형성되는 원통형으로 이루어지는 것으로서, 그 내주면 양측에 가이드돌기(410)의 이동을 안내하도록 나선형홈(311)이 형성되는 상부회전체(310)와, 상기 상부회전체(310)의 하부에 회전가능하게 결합되는 하부회전체(320)로 이루어진다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(300)는 상기 상부회전체(310) 또는 하부회전체(320)의 회전 방향에 따라 상기 제1저장용기(100) 또는 제2저장용기(200)가 용기본체로(300)부터 인출되도록 하는 것이 특징으로서, 이로 인하여, 사용자가 필요에 따라 액상 내용물(M1) 또는 고형 내용물(M2)을 선택적으로 사용하는 것을 가능하게 한다.
상기 승하강부재(400)는 상기 용기본체(300)의 내측에 수용되되, 상기 상부회전체(310) 또는 하부회전체(320)의 회전에 의해 승하강되며 상기 제1저장용기(100) 또는 제2저장용기(200)를 이동시키는 것으로서, 그 양측면에는 수직가이드홈(510) 및 나선형홈(311)에 삽입되어 상기 상부회전체(310) 또는 하부회전체(320)의 회전에 따라 수직가이드홈(510) 및 나선형홈(311)을 따라 이동하여 제1저장용기(100) 또는 제2저장용기(200)가 용기본체(300)로부터 삽입,인출되는 것을 가능하게 하는 가이드돌기(410)가 구비된다.
상기 승하강부재(400)는 상기 제1저장용기(100)의 상부에 결합되어 승하강에 따라 제1저장용기(100)가 함께 이동하는 것을 가능하게 하는데, 제1저장용기(100)의 제1나사산(111)에 나사 결합되는 것이 가능하도록 그 하부에 제2나사산(421)이 형성된 결합부(420)가 구비된다.
상기 결합부(420)는 상기 제1저장용기(100)의 개방된 상부를 폐쇄하여 제1저장용기(100)의 내부로 공기가 유입되는 것을 차단하는데, 그 중앙부에는 제1저장용기(100)에 삽입되도록 하방향으로 연장되는 지지대(430) 및 상기 지지대(430)의 끝단에 결합되어 액상 내용물을 흡수하는 내용물 도포팁(440)이 구비된다.
한편, 상기 승하강부재(400)의 상부에는 상기 제2저장용기(200)가 수용되는 공간을 형성하되, 고형 내용물 수용부(450)가 구비되는데, 상기 고형 내용물 수용부(450)는 상기 제2저장용기(200)가 삽입,인출되도록 상단이 개방 형성된다.
상기 승하강 가이드부재(500)는 상기 승하강부재(400)를 감싸며 상기 하부회전체(320)에 결합되어 상기 하부회전체(320)의 회전에 따라 함께 회전하며 상기 승하강부재(400)를 승하강시키는 것으로서, 그 양측면에는 상기 승하강부재(400)의 수직이동을 가이드하도록 수직가이드홈(510)이 형성된다.
상기 수직가이드홈(510)은 상기 승하강 가이드부재(500)의 상단으로부터 하부로 형성되어 상기 상부회전체(310) 또는 하부회전체(320)를 일측으로 회전시 상기 승하강부재(400)의 상방향 이동을 가이드하여 상기 상부회전체(310)의 상부로 상기 제2저장용기(200)가 인출되는 것을 가능하게 하는 제1수직가이드홈(511)과, 상기 제1수직가이드홈(511)으로부터 연장 형성되어 상기 상부회전체(310) 또는 하부회전체(320)를 타측으로 회전시 상기 승하강부재(400)의 하방향 이동을 가이드하여 상기 하부회전체(320)의 하부로 상기 제1저장용기(100)가 인출되는 것을 가능하게 하는 제2수직가이드홈(512)으로 구성된다.
한편, 상기 승하강 가이드부재(500)에는 상기 제1수직가이드홈(511)으로부터 연장되어 상기 가이드돌기(410)가 상기 제1수직가이드홈(511)을 따라 상방향으로 이동시 상기 가이드돌기(410)를 고정시키는 제1고정홈(520)이 형성되는데, 상기 제1고정홈(520)에는 상기 가이드돌기(410)가 제1고정홈(520)에 위치한 상태에서 제2저장용기(200)를 인출시에 가이드돌기(410)가 제1고정홈(520)으로부터 벗어나는 것을 방지하도록 가이드돌기(410)를 지지하는 제1지지돌기(521)가 구비된다.
또한, 상기 승하강 가이드부재(500)에는 상기 제2수직가이드홈(512)의 끝단으부터 연장되어 상기 가이드돌기(410)가 상기 제2수직가이드홈(512)을 따라 하방향으로 이동시 상기 가이드돌기(410)를 고정시키는 제2고정홈(530)이 형성되는데, 상기 제2고정홈(530)에는 상기 가이드돌기(410)가 제2고정홈(530)에 위치한 상태에서 내용물 도포팁(440)을 통해 내용물을 도포시에 가이드돌기(410)가 제2고정홈(530)으로부터 벗어나 승하강부재(400)가 이동하는 것을 방지하도록 상기 가이드돌기(410)를 지지하는 제2지지돌기(531)가 구비된다.
한편, 상기 승하강 가이드부재(500)에는 평상시 상기 용기본체(100)에 제1저장용기(100) 및 제2저장용기(200)가 수용되어 있는 상태에서 가이드돌기(410)가 안착되는 안착턱(540)이 형성된다.
이하에서는 도 3 및 4를 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이종 내용물 저장 용기의 제1저장용기의 인출과정을 설명하기로 한다.
도 3 및 4를 참조하면, 평상시 가이드돌기(410)가 안착턱(540)에 안착되어 있는 상태에서 상부회전체(310) 또는 하부회전체(320)를 일측 방향으로 회전시키게 되면, 승하강부재(400)의 가이드돌기(410)가 제2수직가이드홈(512)을 따라 이동하여 승하강부재(400)가 하강하게 되는데, 이로 인하여, 승하강부재(400)의 하부에 결합되어 있는 제1저장용기(100)가 함께 하강하게 되어 하부회전체(320)의 하부로 인출이 이루어지게 된다.
상기와 같이, 하부회전체(320)의 하부로 제1저장용기(100)의 인출이 이루어지게 되면, 제1저장용기(100)를 회전하여 제1저장용기(100)와 승하강부재(400)의 나사결합을 해체한 후, 용기본체(300)를 파지한 상태로 내용물 도포팁(440)을 제1저장용기(100)로부터 인출하여 입술 화장이 가능하게 된다.
상기와 같이, 내용물 도포팁(440)을 통해 입술 화장을 진행시 가이드돌기(410)는 제2고정홈(530)에 위치하게 되는데, 내용물 도포팁(440)이 입술 접촉에 따른 압력에 의해 가이드돌기(410)가 제2고정홈(530)으로부터 벗어나 승하강부재(400)가 이동하는 것을 방지하도록 상기 제2고정홈(530)에는 상기 가이드돌기(410)를 지지하는 제2지지돌기(531)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
이하에서는 도 5 및 6을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이종 내용물 저장 용기의 제2저장용기의 인출과정을 설명하기로 한다.
도 5 및 6을 참조하면, 평상시 가이드돌기(410)가 안착턱(540)에 안착되어 있는 상태에서 상부회전체(310) 또는 하부회전체(320)를 타측 방향으로 회전시키게 되면, 승하강부재(400)의 가이드돌기(410)가 제1수직가이드홈(511)을 따라 이동하여 승하강부재(400)가 상승하게 되는데, 이로 인하여, 승하강부재(400)의 상부에 안착되어 있는 회전받침대(210)에 상승 압력이 전달되어 제2저장용기(200)가 함께 상승하게 되어 상부회전체(310)의 상부로 회전받침대(210)의 노출이 이루어지게 된다.
상기와 같이, 상부회전체(310)의 상부로 회전받침대(210)의 노출이 이루어지게 되면, 회전받침대(210)를 파지하여 제2저장용기(200)를 용기본체(300)로부터 인출한 후, 회전받침대(210)의 회전을 통해 고형 내용물(M2)을 사용할 수 있게 된다.
상기와 같이, 용기본체(300)로부터 제2저장용기(200)를 인출시 가이드돌기(410)는 제1고정홈(520)에 위치하게 되는데, 제2저장용기(200)를 인출하는 압력에 의해 가이드돌기(410)가 제1고정홈(520)으로부터 벗어나는 것을 방지하도록 상기 제1고정홈(520)에는 상기 가이드돌기(410)를 지지하는 제1지지돌기(521)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
전술한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 상기 상부회전체(310) 또는 하부회전체(320)의 회전 방향에 따라 상기 제1저장용기(100) 또는 제2저장용기(200)가 용기본체(300)로부터 인출되어 액상 내용물 또는 고형 내용물을 선택적으로 사용하는 것이 가능하다.
한편, 본 발명의 도면에서는 립스틱 제품에 대해 도시하였으나, 컨실러, 커버스틱, 하이라이터, 아이브라이트너 아이프라이머 등 고형 내용물과 액상 내용물로 이루어지는 다양한 이종의 내용물을 선택적으로 적용하는 것이 가능할 것이다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 액상 내용물이 저장되는 제1저장용기;
    고형 내용물이 저장되는 제2저장용기;
    상기 제1저장용기 및 제2저장용기를 수용하며 상기 제1저장용기 및 제2저장용기가 삽입,인출되도록 상단과 하단이 개방 형성되되, 그 내주면 양측에 나선형홈이 형성되는 상부회전체 및 상기 상부회전체의 하부에 회전가능하게 결합되는 하부회전체로 이루어지는 용기본체;
    상기 제1저장용기의 상부에 결합되며 상기 제2저장용기가 수용되는 공간을 형성하되, 상기 제2저장용기가 삽입,인출되도록 상단이 개방 형성되고, 상기 상부회전체 또는 하부회전체의 회전에 의해 승하강되며 상기 제1저장용기 또는 제2저장용기를 이동시키는 승하강부재; 및
    상기 승하강부재를 감싸며 상기 하부회전체에 결합되어 상기 하부회전체의 회전에 따라 함께 회전하며 상기 승하강부재를 승하강시키는 승하강가이드부재;를 포함하되,
    상기 상부회전체 또는 하부회전체의 회전 방향에 따라 상기 제1저장용기 또는 제2저장용기가 용기본체로부터 인출되어 액상 내용물 또는 고형 내용물을 선택적으로 사용 가능하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 저장 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 승하강가이드부재의 양측면에는 상기 승하강부재의 수직이동을 가이드하도록 수직가이드홈이 형성되되, 상기 수직가이드홈은 상기 승하강가이드부재의 상단으로부터 하부로 형성되어 상기 상부회전체 또는 하부회전체를 일측으로 회전시 상기 승하강부재의 상방향 이동을 가이드하여 상기 상부회전체의 상부로 상기 제2저장용기가 인출되는 것을 가능하게 하는 제1수직가이드홈 및 상기 제1수직가이드홈으로부터 연장 형성되어 상기 상부회전체 또는 하부회전체를 타측으로 회전시 상기 승하강부재의 하방향 이동을 가이드하여 상기 하부회전체의 하부로 상기 제1저장용기가 인출되는 것을 가능하게 하는 제2수직가이드홈으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 저장 용기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 승하강부재의 양측면에는 상기 수직가이드홈 및 나선형홈에 삽입되어 상기 상부회전체 또는 하부회전체의 회전에 따라 상기 수직가이드홈 및 나선형홈을 따라 이동하는 가이드돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 저장 용기.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 제1수직가이드홈으로부터 연장되어 상기 가이드돌기가 상기 제1수직가이드홈을 따라 상방향으로 이동시 상기 가이드돌기를 고정시키는 제1고정홈이 형성되며, 상기 제1고정홈에는 상기 가이드돌기를 지지하는 제1지지돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 저장 용기.
  5. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 제2수직가이드홈의 끝단에는 상기 가이드돌기가 상기 제2수직가이드홈을 따라 하방향으로 이동시 상기 가이드돌기를 고정시키는 제2고정홈이 형성되며, 상기 제2고정홈에는 상기 가이드돌기를 지지하는 제2지지돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 저장 용기.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 승하강부재는 상기 제1저장용기의 상부에 나사결합되는 결합부와, 상기 제1저장용기에 삽입되도록 하방향으로 연장되는 지지대 및 상기 지지대의 끝단에 결합되어 액상 내용물을 흡수하는 내용물 도포팁을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 저장 용기.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 제1저장용기의 상부에는 상기 내용물 도포팁의 인출시 내용물 도포팁에 묻어 있는 액상 내용물을 쓸어내리는 와이퍼가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 저장 용기.
