- an aircraft lavatory unit is formed by separately forming a ceiling portion, a floor portion, and a side wall portion, and assembling them, and the side wall portion is composed of a plurality of side wall modules. By forming and joining the plurality of side wall modules, a space enclosed inside was formed.
- At least one of the plurality of side wall modules is formed to have a shape corresponding to a passenger seat arranged outside the aircraft lavatory unit.
- at least one of the plurality of side wall modules may be formed to include an additional sheet on an outer wall surface of the aircraft lavatory unit.
- the aircraft lavatory unit of the present invention it is possible to easily cope with changes in specifications and shapes inside the unit, and to reduce the work burden related to the changes.
- the design can be changed in units of side wall modules, the strength and the like can be guaranteed not in the whole box-shaped unit but in units of modules, and the design burden can be reduced.
- FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an outline of an aircraft lavatory unit according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- the ceiling of the unit is not shown.
- the aircraft lavatory unit 10 according to the first embodiment includes a first side wall module 11, a second side wall module 12, a third side wall between a ceiling part and a floor part (not shown).
- the side wall module 13 and the fourth side wall module 14 are assembled so as to be substantially rectangular when viewed from above.
- the coupling part can employ any coupling means such as bolt fastening, adhesion, or insertion structure. A structure that can be easily attached and detached so as to be exchangeable is applied.
- a toilet unit 11a is attached to a first side wall module 11 integrally with a wall surface, for example.
- the water supply system and the drainage system of the toilet unit 11a are configured to be connected to the water supply system and the drainage system provided on the floor during assembly.
- the second side wall module 12 has a wash unit 12a attached integrally with a wall surface, for example.
- the water supply system and the drainage system of the wash unit 12a are configured to be connected to the water supply system and the drainage system provided on the floor during assembly. .
- the third side wall module 13 is provided with a door (not shown) for entering and exiting the aircraft lavatory unit 10 after assembly.
- the fourth side wall module 14 is attached with a multi-purpose unit 24a such as a shelf for placing small items and a hook for hooking an object integrally with the wall surface.
- FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a modification of the aircraft lavatory unit shown in FIG. In FIG. 2 as well, the ceiling of the unit is not shown.
- Fig.2 (a) has shown the 2nd side wall module 22 which changed the washing
- the second side wall module 22 for example, by changing the base part of the upper surface of the washbasin unit 22 a to a material having a marble-like surface with a high design property, it is configured to add a sense of quality and texture to the interior of the lavatory unit Has been.
- FIG. 2B shows a fourth side wall module 24 in which the outside of the wall surface of the fourth side wall module 14 shown in FIG. 1 is changed.
- a seat for a crew member is additionally attached, so that it has not only a function as a part of the lavatory unit but also a function as an attachment part of the additional seat. It can also be made.
- the second side wall shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B is used instead of the second side wall module 12 and the fourth side wall module 14 in FIG.
- a modified aircraft lavatory unit 20 is formed. With such a change, it is possible to easily make a change that reflects the user's preference or adds a function by performing an operation of replacing the side wall module.
- the aircraft lavatory unit of the present invention can be changed by replacing some side wall modules of the unit without changing the entire unit when changing a part of the interior. It is possible to easily cope with changes in specifications and shapes inside the unit, and to reduce the work burden associated with the changes.
- FIG. 3 is a plan view showing an outline of an aircraft lavatory unit according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. In FIG. 3 as well, the ceiling of the unit is not shown.
