Abstract

La présente invention concerne un point de contrôle épidural qui est utilisé en anesthésie du corps inférieur pour atténuer la douleur du corps inférieur chez un patient lorsqu'une chirurgie telle qu'une césarienne est nécessaire, etc., où, lorsqu'une aiguille d'injection est insérée dans une partie d'espace épidural de la colonne vertébrale et un médicament tel qu'un anesthésique est administré par l'intermédiaire d'un tube, le point de contrôle épidural détecte l'état dans lequel l'aiguille d'injection est précisément positionnée dans la partie d'espace épidural et permet que l'administration du médicament soit effectuée rapidement et précisément. Le point de contrôle épidural est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une unité de capteur de pression épidurale qui détecte dans un état isolé électriquement 19.456.7 mm Hg qui est un signal de pression corporelle généré respectivement au niveau des muscles et de l'espace épidural d'un corps humain, entre et mesure directement celle-ci, détecte les différences respectives de pression, et convertit les différences en signaux électriques et délivre en sortie ceux-ci ; une unité d'amplification différentielle de pression épidurale qui entre les niveaux de signaux détectés par l'unité de capteur de pression épidurale et amplifie ceux-ci à un taux d'amplification défini ; une unité de comparaison de pression épidurale qui entre les signaux amplifiés par l'unité d'amplification différentielle de pression épidurale et le taux d'amplification, respectivement, compare les signaux à un signal de référence stocké dans un état correspondant au taux d'amplification, et détermine si les valeurs sont des valeurs élevées ou des valeurs faibles ; une unité de verrouillage de pression épidurale qui entre les signaux délivrés en sortie par l'unité de comparaison de pression épidurale et stocke ceux-ci ; et une unité d'affichage de pression épidurale qui émet de la lumière d'une couleur choisie parmi rouge et vert en fonction des signaux délivrés en sortie par l'unité de verrouillage de pression épidurale. Par conséquent, l'invention présente les avantages de détecter commodément rapidement la position d'un espace épidural, améliorer la précision d'un traitement, et réduire le temps de traitement.
