Definitions
- the present invention relates to a skin lifting webs and the anti-aging cosmetic composition containing the extract, specifically a red deokdari mushroom webs or webs peptide has a molecular weight of 10 ⁇ 70 KDa (Laetiporus sulphureus var. miniatus ) relates to a cosmetic composition exhibiting excellent antioxidant effect, skin wrinkle improvement effect, skin moisturizing effect, elastase inhibitory effect and skin elasticity increasing effect by containing as a active ingredient spider web hydrolyzate obtained by hydrolysis by miniatus .
- the stratum corneum (SC) of the skin is present in the outermost layer of the skin and protects our body from substances such as harmful microorganisms, ultraviolet rays, pollutants, and heat, and regulates skin moisture evaporation and skin moisture retention. It is often known as a skin barrier function and is known to have the largest surface area in our body. SC layer is composed of dead keratinocytes layered, and intercellular lipid components such as ceramide, cholesterol, and fatty acid attach dead keratinocytes to maintain the form of skin barrier.
- This intercellular lipid component has a function of preventing skin penetration of foreign substances and preventing the amount of water evaporated from the surface of the skin, that is, transepideramal water loss (TEWL).
- TEWL transepideramal water loss
- NMF natural moisturizing factor
- keratinocytes in healthy humans, reducing the tension on the surface of the skin and receiving moisture repulsion from keratin, which directly affects moisturizing and inhibits drying of the skin.
- dry skin tends to dry out the skin's surface and lose its elasticity, leading to exfoliation. When the skin elasticity falls, wrinkles occur and the skin loses its vitality. Therefore, maintaining the skin's surface moisture is a good way to maintain skin elasticity.
- Collagen is a major component of the extracellular matrix (ECM), which consists of two ⁇ 1 (I) chains and one ⁇ 2 (I) chain, which are degraded by Type I collagen in the dermal layer of the skin as it ages.
- ECM extracellular matrix
- the protein that supports this collagen is elastin.
- Elastin is very elastic and has a property of returning to its original form even when it is contracted or relaxed. These elastin fibers maintain skin elasticity.
- collagen and elastin decomposing enzymes are produced from various stimulants that cause external aging and internal aging, and collagen and elastin are decomposed to create wrinkles and lose elasticity. It is a major cause of this.
- spiders are arthropods that inhabit about 30,000 species around the world, and about 60 species are known to live in Korea.
- the habitats are found in various places such as the ground, above the ground, inside and outside the buildings, but the shape of the cobweb and the web is known to be different according to the types of spiders.
- liquid protein in the spider's body meets with acid to make a spider web, but even though the spider web looks like a strand, it is seen as a strand of spider web with many overlapping web strands overlapping and touching.
- spider webs are classified into catching, safety, egg protecting, and when males give food to female spiders.
- Cobwebs are known to have good elasticity and are about 5 times stronger than steel's tensile strength when they become thick and have hydrophilicity and lipophilic properties without causing allergies to humans.
- GPGGX / GPGQQ, GGX, etc. are common amino acids and Gly 37.1%. Ala 21.1%, Arg 7.6%, Ser 4.5%, Glu 4.4%, Pro 4.3%, Leu 3.8%.
- Glu and Gly are hydrophilic and determine the role of water. Gly, Glu, Tyr, Ser and Leu have been reported to affect contractile action and increase molecular motion.
- the spider web is used only for spinning techniques such as bandages, artificial fibers, bulletproof vests, the technology to apply the spider web to the cosmetic composition is insignificant.
- the present invention contains a spider web hydrolyzate obtained by hydrolyzing spider web peptide or spider web having a molecular weight of 10 ⁇ 70 KDa by fermentation of Laetiporus sulphureus var. Miniatus as an active ingredient, excellent antioxidant effect, skin wrinkle improvement

- the red toad mushroom ( Laetiporus sulphureus var.miniatus ) belonging to the fungus of the basidiomycetes is native to Mt. Baekdu, Wolchulsan, Jiri, and Valwangsan, and is distributed throughout the tropical regions of Japan and Asia. This is a 1 year-old heartwood brownish fungi that regenerate on the conifers, trees, and stumps from spring to summer.
