Description

물품 사용 중개 방법 및 이를 실행하는 장치
본 발명의 실시예들은 물품 사용 중개 방법 및 이를 실행하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
화상형성장치에서 사용되는 소모품에는 롤지(Roll Paper), 잉크 또는 토너 카트리지 등이 있다. 화상형성장치는 이러한 소모품을 장착함으로써 인쇄용지를 공급받거나, 잉크 또는 토너를 공급받아 인쇄 동작을 수행할 수 있게 된다.
예를 들어, 잉크젯 프린터와 같은 인쇄 장치는 프린터 소모품으로서 잉크를 수용하는 잉크 카트리지와 인쇄 용지등에 대하여 인쇄를 실행하는 인쇄 헤드를 사용한다. 이에 따라, 잉크 카트리지 내에는 소정 량의 잉크가 수용되어 있고 수용되어 있는 잉크가 모두 소모되면, 잉크 카트리지는 새로운 것으로 교체되어야 한다.

또한 본 발명에 따르면, 사용자가 물품에 부착된 물품 사용 중개 라벨을 스캔하여 동일한 쇼핑몰에서 소모품을 구매하므로 판매자는 장기적인 고객 관계를 형성할 수 있으며 장기적인 고객의 증가로 인해 매출이 향상되도록 하는 물품 사용 중개 방법 및 이를 실행하는 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 물품 사용 중개 시스템을 설명하기 위한 네트워크 구성도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 물품 사용 중개 시스템은 물품 사용 중개 장치(100) 및 쇼핑몰 서버(200)를 포함한다.
물품 사용 중개 장치(100)는 사용자가 물품을 구매한 후 해당 물품을 사용하는 과정을 중개하는 장치이다. 이러한 물품 사용 중개 장치(100)는 스마트폰, PDA, 테블릿 PC 등으로 구현될 수 있다.
사용자는 쇼핑몰 서버(200)를 통해 물품을 구매하면 물품과 함께 물품 사용 중개 라벨을 제공받을 것이다. 여기에서, 물품 사용 중개 라벨은 복수의 항목을 포함하는 팝업창을 표시하는 주소 정보를 포함하며, 바코드, QR 코드 및 이미지 코드 중 어느 하나로 구현될 수 있다.
사용자는 이러한 물품 사용 중개 라벨을 물품에 붙이고, 추후에 자신이 보유하고 있는 물품 사용 중개 장치(100)를 이용하여 해당 물품에 부착된 물품 사용 중개 라벨을 스캔하는것 만으로 고장 시, 설치 시, 소모품 구매 시 쉽게 해당 상황을 처리할 수 있다.
이를 위해, 물품 사용 중개 장치(100)는 사용자 조작에 따라 물품에 부착되어 있는 물품 사용 중개 라벨을 스캔하고, 스캔된 물품 사용 중개 라벨의 정보에 따라 복수의 항목을 포함하는 팝업창을 제공한다. 그런 다음, 물품 사용 중개 장치(100)는 팝업창에 있는 항목 중 특정 항목이 선택되면 특정 항목에 해당하는 페이지를 제공하는 것이다.

이와 같이, 사용자는 물품을 동작시키는데 사용되는 서브 물품을 구하고자 하는 경우 물품에 부착된 물품 사용 중개 라벨을 자신이 보유하는 단말에 스캔하는 것 만으로도 물품 또는 물품을 동작시키는데 사용되는 서브 물품을 쉽게 구매할 수 있을 것이다.
이로 인해, 물품을 판매하는 판매자는 사용자가 물품을 동작시키는데 사용되는 서브 물품을 구매할 시 자신의 쇼핑몰을 다시 방문하기 때문에 장기적인 고객 관계를 형성할 수 있으며 장기적인 고객의 증가로 인해 매출이 향상될 것이다. 또한, 사용자는 물품에 부착된 물품 사용 중개 라벨을 자신이 보유하는 단말에 스캔하는것 만으로도 쉽게 구매를 할 수 있어 편리함을 증가시킬 수 있다.

페이지 제공부(130)는 팝업창 제공부(120)에 의해 제공된 팝업창에 있는 항목 중 특정 항목이 선택되면, 특정 항목에 해당하는 페이지를 제공한다. 여기에서, 물품의 구매 쇼핑몰 이동, 물품을 동작시키는데 사용되는 서브 물품의 구매 쇼핑몰 이동 및 물품의 사용 설명서 읽기 및 물품의 서비스 신청 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 페이지 제공부(130)는 팝업창 제공부(120)에 의해 제공된 팝업창에 있는 항목 중 물품을 동작시키는데 사용되는 서브 물품의 구매 쇼핑몰 이동에 대한 항목이 선택되면, 물품을 판매한 쇼핑몰과 동일한 쇼핑몰 또는 다른 쇼핑몰 상에서 상기 서브 물품을 구매할 수 있는 쇼핑몰 페이지를 제공할 수 있다.

    물품에 부착되어 있는 물품 사용 중개 라벨을 스캔하는 단계;
    상기 스캔된 물품 사용 중개 라벨의 정보에 따라 복수의 항목을 포함하는 팝업창을 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 팝업창에 있는 항목 중 특정 항목이 선택되면 상기 특정 항목에 해당하는 페이지를 제공하는 단계를 포함하고,
    상기 항목은 상기 물품의 구매 쇼핑몰 이동, 상기 물품을 동작시키는데 사용되는 서브 물품의 구매 쇼핑몰 이동, 상기 물품의 사용 설명서 읽기 및 상기 물품의 서비스 신청 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,

    상기 팝업창에 있는 항목 중 상기 물품의 서비스 신청에 대한 항목이 선택되면, 상기 물품에 대한 이상 증상을 선택할 수 있는 제1 선택버튼 및 상기 물품에 대한 이상 증상을 증명하는 이상 증상 증명 데이터를 업로드할 수 있는 제2 선택버튼을 포함하는 페이지를 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 페이지 상에서 제1 선택버튼이 선택된 후 이상 증상이 선택되면, 상기 이상 증상 및 사용자의 정보를 상기 물품에 대한 서비스 기사 단말에 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 페이지 상에서 제2 선택버튼이 선택된 후 이상 증상 증명 데이터가 업로드되면 상기 이상 증상 증명 데이터에 기초하여 이상 증상을 판단하고, 상기 판단 결과 이상 증상 및 사용자의 정보를 상기 물품에 대한 서비스 기사 단말에 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 사용 중개 방법.
  5. 물품 사용 중개 장치에 있어서,
    물품에 부착되어 있는 물품 사용 중개 라벨을 스캔하는 라벨 스캔부;
    상기 스캔된 물품 사용 중개 라벨의 정보에 따라 복수의 항목을 포함하는 팝업창을 제공하는 팝업창 제공부; 및
    상기 팝업창에 있는 항목 중 특정 항목이 선택되면 상기 특정 항목에 해당하는 페이지를 제공하는 페이지 제공부를 포함하고,
    상기 항목은
    상기 물품의 구매 쇼핑몰 이동, 상기 물품을 동작시키는데 사용되는 서브 물품의 구매 쇼핑몰 이동, 상기 물품의 사용 설명서 읽기 및 상기 물품의 서비스 신청 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
    상기 페이지 제공부는
    상기 팝업창에 있는 항목 중 물품을 동작시키는데 사용되는 서브 물품의 구매 쇼핑몰 이동에 대한 항목이 선택되면, 상기 물품을 판매한 쇼핑몰과 동일한 쇼핑몰 또는 다른 쇼핑몰 상에서 상기 물품과 동일하거나 동일 선상의 다른 물품을 구매할 수 있는 쇼핑몰 페이지를 제공하고,
    상기 동일 선상의 다른 물품은
    상기 물품과 동일한 브랜드 또는 상이한 브랜드에 대해서 상기 물품의 금액을 기준으로 특정 금액 이상 차이가 나지 않는 물품을 의미하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 사용 중개 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 페이지 제공부는
    상기 물품의 제품번호, 제조년도 및 제조사 중 적어도 하나에 따라 결정된 상기 서브 물품을 구매할 수 있는 쇼핑몰 페이지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 사용 중개 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 페이지 제공부는
    상기 물품을 판매하는 쇼핑몰 상에서 상기 서브 물품을 판매하는 판매자가 존재하지 않으면 상기 다른 쇼핑몰 상에서 상기 서브 물품을 구매할 수 있는 쇼핑몰 페이지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 사용 중개 장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 페이지 제공부는
    상기 팝업창에 있는 항목 중 상기 물품의 서비스 신청에 대한 항목이 선택되면, 상기 물품에 대한 이상 증상을 선택할 수 있는 제1 선택버튼 및 상기 물품에 대한 이상 증상을 증명하는 이상 증상 증명 데이터를 업로드할 수 있는 제2 선택버튼을 포함하는 페이지를 제공하고, 상기 페이지 상에서 제1 선택버튼이 선택된 후 이상 증상이 선택되면, 상기 이상 증상 및 사용자의 정보를 상기 물품에 대한 서비스 기사 단말에 제공하고, 상기 페이지 상에서 제2 선택버튼이 선택된 후 이상 증상 증명 데이터가 업로드되면 상기 이상 증상 증명 데이터에 기초하여 이상 증상을 판단하고, 상기 판단 결과 이상 증상 및 사용자의 정보를 상기 물품에 대한 서비스 기사 단말에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 사용 중개 장치.
