Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de gestion de transports intelligents. Le procédé comprend : la capture d'informations d'images de carrefours et l'obtention du nombre de véhicules en fonction des informations d'images ; et, lorsque le nombre de véhicules à un carrefour est zéro et que le nombre de véhicules à d'autres carrefours n'est pas zéro, le réglage des feux de signalisation au carrefour de façon à ce qu'ils soient rouges et des feux de signalisation à d'autres carrefours de façon à ce qu'ils soient verts. Ce procédé peut adapter des feux de signalisation à un nombre de véhicules.
