Procédé et système de reconnaissance d'infraction pour transports intelligents. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à capturer une première photo d'un véhicule et à reconnaître la plaque d'immatriculation du véhicule afin d'obtenir une première plaque d'immatriculation (101) ; à obtenir une autre plaque d'immatriculation qui va au-delà d'une plage définie, et, si l'autre plaque d'immatriculation est identique à la première plaque d'immatriculation, à déterminer qu'un véhicule utilisant une fausse plaque d'immatriculation apparaît et à émettre une alarme (102) ; puis à enregistrer les images des véhicules correspondant aux deux plaques d'immatriculation (103). Le procédé peut reconnaître intelligemment un véhicule utilisant une fausse plaque d'immatriculation.
