Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : enregistrer des informations de photographies d'obtention de preuves relatives à une scène d'un accident de la circulation, des informations sur la position de la scène de l'accident de la circulation, des informations sur les empreintes digitales des personnes impliquées dans un accident de la circulation, ainsi que les causes de l'accident de la circulation (S101); envoyer à un système de département notarial d'une compagnie d'assurance les informations des photographies d'obtention des preuves relatives à la scène de l'accident de la circulation, les informations sur la position de la scène de l'accident de la circulation, les informations sur les empreintes digitales des personnes impliquées dans l'accident de la circulation, les causes de l'accident et d'autres informations de confirmation (S102); recevoir des informations de confirmation renvoyées par le système de département notarial de la compagnie d'assurance (S103); puis communiquer les informations de confirmation à un utilisateur (S104). Lors d'un accident de la circulation, un utilisateur sur place confirme rapidement les informations d'obtention de preuves à une compagnie d'assurance, de sorte que les informations sur les preuves relatives à la scène de l'accident de la circulation peuvent être stockées rapidement, complètement et légalement.
