Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique de soin capillaire contenant, en tant que principe actif, un mutant du facteur de croissance des fibroblastes 9 hautement stable stimulant la régénération et la croissance des cellules de follicule pileux, et contenant en outre un mutant de facteur de croissance des fibroblastes basique ayant une stabilité accrue et un peptide de noggine. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique capable de produire, par régénération et différenciation de cellules de follicule pileux, la stimulation de la génération et la croissance des cheveux, l'inhibition de facteurs d'apoptose des cellules de follicule pileux, l'inhibition de la perte de cheveux androgénique, l'amélioration de la circulation du sang et l'approvisionnement en facteurs nutritionnels. La régénération et la croissance des cellules de follicule pileux est stimulée et la perte des cheveux est prévenue au moyen de la composition cosmétique de la présente invention, contenant un complexe de facteur de croissance comprenant un facteur de croissance, un mutant du facteur de croissance des fibroblastes 9 hautement stable, un mutant de facteur de croissance des fibroblastes stabilisé et un peptide de noggine, de façon à stimuler la croissance des cheveux et prévenir la perte des cheveux.
