Abstract
본 발명은 열안정성 및 가공성이 향상된 폴리알칼렌카보네이트를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 경제적인 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 아연계 촉매 및 용매 하에 이산화탄소와 에폭사이드를 중합한 후, 모노머를 회수하는 공정을 포함하고, 촉매 제거 및 원료를 회수하는 공정을 포함하고, 열안정성 및 가공성 향상을 위해 열안정성 수지를 용액 블랜딩하는 공정을 포함하고, 반응 혼합물에서 용매 및 부산물을 제거하기 위해 교반 플래시 드럼과 압출 또는 니더형 휘발기를 사용하는 공정을 포함하는 폴리알킬렌 카보네이트를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 제조방법이 제공된다.
