调料出料设备106,包括出料口,自动旋转调料盒104上设置有环形LED灯1041,环形LED灯1041设有三种不同的颜色,分别代表不同的工作旋转盒旋转添加调料时的三种不同工作状态。
当烹饪辅助器10开启状态时,呈现第一种颜色的LED灯闪烁,当需要添加的调料品自动旋转调料盒104旋转到出料口位置时呈现第二种颜色的LED灯,当完成调料的添加过程后,出料口关闭后,呈现第三种颜色的LED灯闪烁。
例如:第一种颜色的LED灯为蓝色,第二种颜色的LED灯为红色,第三种颜色的LED灯为绿色,三种不同颜色的LED灯起指示作用,告知用户添加调料过程的不同工作状态。
称重模块103包括普通称重传感器1031、精密称重传感器1032,普通称重传感器1031根据存储器102所存储的菜谱数据包,称取菜谱所需原材料及相应重量,精密称重传感器1032设置于调料出料设备106上的出料口处,根据存储器102所存储的菜谱数据包,称取菜谱所需调料及相应重量;具体地,每次重新称重菜品时需按下归零键操作,每次称取调味品的重量后于漏料处漏出后,重量数据自动清零方便称重其他调料。
存储器102通过无线的方式传输菜谱数据包信息存储于内,且可通过USB接口与电脑端连接将菜谱数据包信息存储于内。
自动旋转调料盒104,称重后的调味品(调料)放置于自动旋转调料盒104的指定的调味品存放区,调味品的存放格为透明的,用户可很方便的看到调味品是否需要添加。
具体地,自动旋转调料盒104上设有可旋转触摸显示器1042,触摸屏上设置有加料按键,用户可通过触摸屏的按键增加调料品,可实现360度旋转。
更具体地,自动旋转调料盒104上设有多格调味品存放格子,当需要添加某一调味品时,微处理器101给电机驱动模块1051驱动信号驱动步进电机1052控制自动旋转调料盒104旋转至出料口处,当达到与指令相对应的剂量时,出料口自动关闭,烹饪辅助器10上设有触屏按键,用户可自行增减调料,按下保存键便可记录用户做某道菜的调料习惯用量。
可旋转触摸显示器1042用于显示菜品的重量、每个工序的所需的时间、电磁炉的温度、调料品名称等信息。用户可触摸按键相对应的调料品名称点击添加按钮,自动旋转调料盒104旋转至出料口处,手动按键添加调料品的剂量可预先设置相应的重量,也可通过按键添加合适的剂量。
具体地,所述的可旋转触摸显示器1042相当于一个平板电脑,具备存储,设置和上网搜索等功能,当调料品低于预设值时,在可旋转屏幕上提醒,用户也可以自行查看。
更进一步地,所述的可旋转触摸显示器1042在下载菜谱时必须有网络接入,在没有网络接入的情况下不影响用户的正常使用,可进行视频播放和音乐播放,接听电话,做到真正的智能化厨房操作。
本发明还提供一种辅助烹饪的系统。
