Abstract

L'invention concerne une plaquette de natation présentant une paroi supérieure (1) sur laquelle est destinée à être fixée la partie distale d'un bras d'un utilisateur et une voilure inférieure de propulsion, ladite plaquette étant équipée d'un dispositif de maintien sur ladite partie distale, comprenant un évidement (8) formé au travers d'elle et un organe (5) monté mobile dans ledit évidement suivant un axe, ledit organe présentant une interface (6) qui est disposée au-dessus de la paroi (1), ladite interface étant agencée pour recevoir au moins un doigt dudit utilisateur et comprenant des moyens agencés pour assurer leur retenue sur ladite interface, ledit organe étant équipé d'un élément de contrainte élastique de son déplacement dans une position de maintien dudit au moins un doigt entre les moyens et la paroi (1), l'élément étant disposé entre la voilure et l'organe (5) et étant comprimable réversiblement entre un état étendu de disposition dudit organe dans une position basse de maintien dudit au moins un doigt, et un état comprimé de disposition dudit organe en position haute de placement dudit au moins un doigt sur l'interface (6).
