Abstract

La présente invention concerne un contenant dont la fonction est de contenir un liquide pour diverses boissons, soit un article en verre, soufflé ou extrudé, pouvant également être en PET, sa finalité étant d'être cassé, brisé ou conservé, de manière à lutter contre la falsification, ce contenant renfermant une capsule intégrée dans sa base, la capsule étant destinée à recevoir intérieurement des objets adaptés en taille à celle-ci, ces objets pouvant être des objets de valeur de bijouterie et de joaillerie, des pièces de monnaie, des prix pour des voyages, des motos, des voitures, des écrans, des équipements informatiques, voire des prix pour des bouteilles de boissons alcoolisées, des glaçons, des sodas, des glacières, une publicité, des décorations ou des jouets, entre autres, cette capsule pouvant présenter de multiples formes mais servant toujours de chambre isolante, ladite capsule étant intégrée dans le récipient et ayant toujours pour fonction de protéger de tout liquide ce qui se trouve à l'intérieur de celle-ci (tout objet susceptible de convenir à l'utilisateur). Il n'existe aucun autre contenant identique, ni aucun autre contenant renfermant une capsule qui isole du liquide une publicité, des onces d'argent, des bagues de fiançailles ou les éléments susmentionnés que l'on souhaite encapsuler, sa finalité étant d'encourager le consommateur à la casser en vue d'obtenir ce qu'elle renferme comme prix. Ainsi, le consommateur est encouragé à casser la bouteille et la capsule qu'elle renferme. Du fait de sa conception esthétique, elle peut en outre servir de souvenir, de publicité ou d'article de collection. En résumé, la présente invention concerne un contenant renfermant un autre contenant, lequel sert de capsule qui isole intérieurement tout objet à transporter et à protéger de tout liquide contenu dans le contenant, ladite capsule devant toujours contenir quelque chose pour remplir sa fonction. L'invention est destinée à contribuer à la lutte contre la falsification.
