Abstract

L'invention concerne un brûleur automatisé pour cuisiner qui comprend un ou plusieurs anneaux tubulaires munis de perforations de sortie d'un gaz à brûler, chaque anneau tubulaire possédant une entrée qui se connecte à une alimentation d'approvisionnement en gaz, caractérisé en ce qu'en relation avec les entrées des anneaux tubulaires est placé un dispositif de régulation du passage de gaz qui comprend, au moins une électrovanne en relation avec chaque entrée, chacune des électrovannes étant connectées à une plaque électronique pour commander l'ouverture et la fermeture individuelle de chaque électrovanne en fonction des indications d'au moins un capteur auquel la plaque électronique est connectée, de manière que les plats à cuisiner dans ce brûleur puissent être cuisinés de manière automatisée.
