Abstract
본원발명은 이차전지에 사용되는 비수계 전해액의 비수 용매로서 적합한, 플루오린 함유 디알킬카보네이트 화합물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 에테르 함유 이미다졸 유도체 염기 존재 하에 알킬클로로포메이트와 알코올을 반응시키면 종래기술에 비해 상온에서도 반응이 가능하며, 생성물을 반응물에서 빠른 시간에 분리가 가능하다. 이는 경제적인 공정으로서 본원발명에 따르면 용매, 반응 중에 생성된 염, 그리고 부생성물을 제거하는 것 등에 어려움이 없이 간단하게 플루오린 원자가 포함된 알킬카보네이트를 얻을 수 있다. 따라서, 본원발명의 제조방법은 리튬이온 이차전지의 전해액, 의약 정밀화학, 농약, 극성 비양자성 용매, 합성 윤활유 등 다양한 용도로 사용되는 플루오린 함유 디알킬카보네이트의 제조에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다.
