L'invention concerne un appareil d'acquisition de la morphologie d'un pied comprenant un cadre support (2), une plaque horizontale (5) définissant une surface de butée pour au moins l'avant-pied, un élément souple (8) associé au cadre support (2) au-dessus de la plaque horizontale (5) et apte à recevoir et à maintenir le pied, l'élément flexible (8) ayant une portion avant (11) et au moins une portion arrière (12), des éléments de liaison (14) de l'élément flexible (8) au cadre support (2) configurés pour régler la distance relative entre au moins une portion de l'élément flexible (8) et la plaque horizontale (5), un support mobile (26) destiné à supporter sélectivement la portion arrière du pied, le support mobile (26) peut être déplacé entre une position rétractée et une position extraite, suivant le point au niveau duquel le support mobile (26) est positionné par rapport à la plaque horizontale (5).
