Abstract
본 발명은 저방사 유리에 관한 것으로, 유리 기판, 상기 유리 기판 상에 형성된 제1 유전체층, 상기 제1 유전체층 상에 형성된 금속층, 상기 금속층 상에 형성된 제2 유전체층, 및 상기 제2 유전체층 상에 형성된 최상부층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 유전체층은, AlNx(여기서, 0.5<x<2)를 포함하여 금속층의 결정화도가 향상된 저방사 유리를 제공한다.
