Definitions
- the invention relates to a drive system for an elevator system and the elevator system as such.
- Elevator systems are basically known from the prior art.
- An elevator system may also be referred to as an elevator, an elevator, a lift or an elevator installation.
- the elevator system has an elevator car which can be moved in a conveying direction by a drive system of the elevator system.
- the elevator car is used, for example, to carry people or loads.
- the elevator system may also be referred to as a conveyor system. To the elevator car in
- the elevator car is coupled by means of deflection with an elevator belt.
- the elevator belt wraps around, for example, one or more deflection rollers of the corresponding number of deflection units.
- the elevator belt wraps around the deflection roller of a drive unit and the
- Deflection pulley which is rotatably coupled to a counterweight coupled.
- Elevator belts often have several steel cables embedded in the belts.
- the steel cables of the elevator belts are visually checked for wear at specific time intervals. It was found, however, that the wear of the steel cables within the elevator belt is hardly identifiable visually.
- a Another method for checking the wear of an elevator belt with embedded steel cables therefore provides to electrically contact the ends of the steel cables to carry out an electrical measurement of the electrical resistance of the cables in order to conclude, based on the measurement, the state of wear of the steel cables of the elevator belt.
- this method has disadvantages. Because when measuring the electrical resistance of steel cables, the full length of the steel cables is always used for the measurement.
- Elevator belt leads which would have been quite useful if, for example, they have experienced only a small change in the diameter of the steel cables.
- the invention is based on the object to provide a system that allows the longest possible and safe operation of an elevator.
- the aforementioned object is achieved by a
- the drive system for an elevator system.
- the drive system includes: a
- Elevator belts a plurality of deflection units, each having a deflection roller; and a drive unit comprising one of the deflection units with the associated deflection roller.
- the deflection roller of the drive unit is connected to a drive motor Drive unit coupled to drive the deflection roller of the drive unit.
- One of the diverting units is configured to be connected to an elevator car of the elevator system.
- the elevator belt and the deflection rollers are arranged such that the elevator belt partially wraps around each of the deflection rollers.
- the elevator belt has at least one metallic rope, the coat side completely by a
- the drive system has a sensor which is assigned to one of the deflection units and is designed to detect structure-borne noise of the associated deflection unit.
- Elevator belt is. The wear of an elevator belt occurs increasingly in the
- Sections of the elevator belt which are deflected by a deflection roller.
- This may be, for example, the deflection roller of a deflection unit, which is connected to an elevator car, the drive unit or a counterweight. If, therefore, a section of the elevator belt is deflected by the deflection roller, wherein the aforementioned section has a rope which is particularly severely worn, a structure-borne noise, which is characteristic for the corresponding wear, is caused during the deflection of the worn rope. Since the metallic rope of the elevator belt is often only very thinly coated with the plastic and this plastic layer is when deflecting the pulley under great mechanical bias, the structure-borne noise is transmitted from the worn rope on the plastic to the deflection roller and then to the entire deflection.
- transfer is preferably made to the mechanically interconnected parts, such as a shaft on which the deflection roller is mounted, bearing, a bearing block and / or other mechanical parts, which may have a deflection unit to ensure the stored movement of the deflection roller.
- a section of the elevator belt is deflected by a deflecting roller with a worn cable
- a structure-borne noise caused by the worn cable is produced in the deflection unit.
- the drive system therefore has a sensor which is designed to detect structure-borne noise.
- this one is Sensor associated with the deflection, so that this sensor can detect the structure-borne noise of the corresponding deflection.
- the senor is fixed to the deflection unit, for example with the deflection roller, a shaft which is connected to the deflection roller, a bearing for supporting the aforementioned shaft and / or a bearing block of the deflection unit, which absorbs the forces from the shaft or the deflection unit and for transmission to another component of the elevator system, such as the elevator car, is formed.
- the sensor may be arranged in such a way to detect the structure-borne noise of the deflection unit, in particular the associated deflection roller.
- the elevator system with the aforementioned sensor offers the possibility of changing an elevator belt particularly quickly in the event of danger.
- the elevator system with this sensor also offers the possibility of using an elevator belt for an especially long time, when it is ensured that it has been detected by the sensor that the elevator belt has a condition which serves for safe operation of the elevator.
- the sensor of the drive system serves, at least in the
- the structure-borne sound of the metallic rope from the portion which is deflected by the deflection unit, to which the sensor is assigned to detect.
- This offers the advantage that exactly the section of the elevator belt can be sensory examined, which is exposed to a particularly high stress. Because the deflection determines the area of the elevator belt, where the essential wear of the
- Elevator belt takes place.
- the wear of the part of the elevator belt can be detected, which is the most stressed.
- the detection of structure-borne noise by means of the sensor of the drive system is at least substantially due to a wear of the rope from the section of the elevator belt, which of the
- Deflection unit is deflected, to which the sensor is assigned. In other words, will not the entire elevator belt examined by means of the sensor, but the measurement is made section-specific with respect to the section of the elevator belt, which is deflected by the corresponding deflection unit. This can also smaller
- Elevator belt in particular with a higher sensitivity, are detected. If the elevator belt is continuously deflected by the deflection unit, a position-specific detection of structure-borne noise can be carried out by means of the sensor. This allows a position-specific assessment of the wear of the elevator belt or the associated rope. This allows a precise prediction of the overall condition of the elevator belt, in particular essentially determined by the worst condition of one of the sections of the elevator belt and / or by the worst condition at a position of the elevator belt. By means of the sensor of the drive system, it is therefore possible to determine information which is of high interest for the service of the elevator, in particular in order to avoid critical situations and / or to offer maintenance intervals as long as possible.
- the elevator belt it is provided that this has at least one metallic cable, which is sheathed on the shell side by the plastic of the elevator belt.
- the plastic is preferably a polyurethane-based plastic.
- the plastic may be polyurethane-based, thermosetting plastic or polyurethane-based, elastomeric plastic.
- the metallic rope can be wrapped in the circumferential direction at least partially very thin of the plastic.
- the plastic covering in particular in the aforementioned part, have a thickness in the radial direction of the rope of less than 1 mm.
- the plastic here may have a thickness of about 0.5 mm.
- elevator belt is preferably completely enclosed by the plastic without gaps and / or directly on the shell side. Therefore, at least after the immediate production of the elevator belt is therefore preferably designed in such a way that no gap and / or otherwise no material-free areas are formed between the respective cable and the plastic, which sheathed the corresponding cable side. In other words, it is provided, at least preferably after the immediate production of the Elevator belt, that the plastic rests on the jacket side directly to the rope. This ensures a particularly good power transmission and also prevents excessive wear of the elevator belt.
- Elevator belt for example, have a diameter between 2 mm and 4 mm.
- the or each rope may have a diameter of about 3 mm.
- other ropes with larger or smaller diameters are also conceivable for the elevator belt. This is especially determined by the
- the elevator belt is designed as a flat belt.
- the elevator belt may have a flat and / or at least substantially rectangular cross-section. Other cross sections for a flat belt, however, are

- the pulleys of the further deflection units can also be referred to as idlers.
- the drive system has a plurality of sensors.
- Each of the sensors is in each case assigned to one of the deflection units, so that each of the sensors is designed to detect the structure-borne noise of the respectively associated deflection units.
- the drive unit may have 2, 3 or 4 sensors. In each case, for example, exactly one of the sensors is assigned in each case only one of the deflection units.
- Drive system a plurality, in particular 2, 3 or 4, deflection units, each of which is assigned exactly one sensor.
- Each of the sensors is for detecting the
- a deflection unit is assigned a plurality of sensors which are designed to detect the structure-borne noise of the associated deflection unit. This may be provided, for example for security reasons, to redundant
- An advantageous embodiment of the drive system is characterized in that the drive system comprises a plurality of sensors, which are designed to detect structure-borne noise, wherein at least one of the sensors associated with the deflection, which can be connected to an elevator car, at least one of the sensors with the deflection is coupled, which is encompassed by the drive unit and at least one sensor is associated with the deflection, which with a counterweight of the
- Elevator system can be connected. This embodiment ensures particularly advantageous that the sections of the elevator belt are detected, which are under particularly high mechanical load during operation of the elevator system.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the drive system is characterized in that the drive belt, in particular as a flat belt, is formed with a plurality of metallic ropes extending parallel in the longitudinal direction of the drive belt, wherein each cable is coated on the side of the plastic of the drive belt such that the Ropes are embedded in the plastic of the drive belt separated from each other.
- the elevator belt can have, for example, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or even further cables.
- the ropes extend in the longitudinal direction of the elevator belt, parallel to each other. In particular, the ropes are arranged side by side in a transverse direction. This is especially true when the elevator belt is designed as a flat belt.
- the ropes are arranged transversely spaced from each other, so that the parallel arrangement of the ropes arises and wherein each of the ropes extends completely in the longitudinal direction.
- Each of the cables is sheathed on the shell side by the plastic of the elevator belt, so that the cables pass through each
- Plastic are separated from each other. This effectively prevents the ropes from rubbing or grinding.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the drive belt is characterized in that the cable has a plurality of twisted wires and / or is formed thereof.
- Each wire is preferably formed as a metallic wire. If the drive belt has a plurality of metallic cables, it is preferably provided that each cable has a plurality of twisted wires or is formed thereof.
- the or each rope can be 7 have twisted wires.
- Each of the wires preferably extends over the entire length of the rope.
- each wire has a diameter between 0, 1 mm and 4 mm. Investigations have found that the wires of the or each rope rub against each other when they are under high mechanical stress, such as when deflecting around a pulley. This rubbing creates structure-borne noise.
- Elevator belt now deflected by a deflection which is formed a sensor for detecting the structure-borne noise of the corresponding deflection unit, it can be detected by means of the sensor caused by the wires or rope structure-borne sound.
- This recorded structure-borne noise then reliably provides information about how high the degree of wear of the wires or of the at least one cable of the elevator belt is.
- An advantageous embodiment of the drive system is characterized in that the sensor is designed to detect structure-borne noise of the associated deflection unit during operation of the drive system.
- the same can apply to any sensor associated with a deflection unit.
- the detection of structure-borne noise by means of the at least one sensor can thus take place during operation of the drive unit.
- This is particularly advantageous when a section of the elevator belt has a particularly high degree of wear. Because in this case, this section of the elevator belt is not in contact with the diverter at all times. Rather, the section of the elevator belt can only be over a short period of time
- Deflection unit to be deflected The detection of structure-borne noise of this deflection unit During operation of the drive system therefore offers the possibility that the wear, in particular of this section is determined by means of the sensor on the detection of structure-borne noise. This ensures that even sections with a high wear of the elevator belt can be detected, which is advantageous since
- these sections can characterize the overall load of an elevator belt and / or the safety of the elevator belt.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the drive belt is characterized in that the sensor is designed for the direct detection of structure-borne noise of the associated deflection unit. The same applies if several sensors are provided for the drive unit. In this case, any sensor for direct detection of a

- the direct detection of structure-borne noise by means of the respective sensor offers the advantage that as few disturbing noises disturb the detection of structure-borne noise of the respectively associated deflection unit, which can lead to an increase in the reliability of the corresponding information.
- An advantageous embodiment of the drive belt is characterized in that the sensor is attached to the deflection roller of the deflection unit associated with the sensor.
- each sensor may be attached to the deflection roller of the associated to the respective sensor deflection unit.
- the or each pulley is partially wrapped by the elevator belt.
- the diverting pulley is the component of each diverting unit which is located closest to the elevator belt. The structure-borne sound caused by the elevator belt can therefore be detected particularly effectively on the deflection roller by means of the sensor fastened there.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the drive system is characterized in that the sensor is attached to a storage rack, a bearing block, a bearing shaft and / or another mechanical part of the deflecting unit associated with the sensor.
- Structure-borne noise has the property that it propagates in a solid state.
- the abovementioned mechanical parts of the deflecting unit can be connected to each other directly or indirectly by non-positive, positive and / or material-locking connections. It is therefore possible to detect the structure-borne noise caused by the drive belt on one of the aforementioned parts of the deflection unit by means of the respective sensor.
- the arrangement on a non-mechanically rotating part of the associated deflection unit offers the advantage that the respective sensor can be electrically connected to an evaluation unit in a particularly simple manner in order to obtain a sensor signal from the respective sensor to the
- a further advantageous embodiment of the drive system is characterized in that the or each sensor is designed as a piezoelectric sensor.
- Piezoelectric sensor can be designed to detect structure-borne noise. If such a piezoelectric sensor is connected to a mechanical part of a deflection unit, a structure-borne noise propagating in the deflection unit or in the respective mechanical part can be detected by means of the piezoelectric sensor.
- a piezoelectric sensor also offers the advantage that it is particularly favorable and at the same time can detect the structure-borne noise particularly precisely.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the drive system is characterized in that the or each sensor is designed as a wireless sensor.
- a wireless sensor offers the advantage that the wireless sensor is preferably designed to transmit a sensor signal to a receiver, for example an evaluation unit, wherein the sensor signal represents the detected structure-borne sound. In this case, it is not necessary for the wireless sensor to be connected to electrical power via electrical lines
- a wireless sensor can be supplied with electrical energy by means of sliding contacts, by means of electromagnetic energy transmission and / or by means of a dynamo principle.
- a wireless sensor can, or alternatively, an energy store for
- the energy store may be a battery, an accumulator and / or an electrical capacitor.
- the electric capacitor may be advantageous if the wireless sensor is supplied with electrical energy according to a dynamo principle. In this case, the electrical capacitor can ensure that a reliable power source is provided for operating the sensor.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the drive system is characterized in that the sensor for the indirect detection of structure-borne noise of the associated
- Deflection unit is formed. This can apply accordingly to each sensor of an associated deflection unit. However, it is also possible that only one or more of the
- the sensor for indirect detection of structure-borne noise may be formed, for example, by an optical sensor which is designed for the optical structure-borne noise detection of the associated deflection unit, in particular the deflection roller of the associated deflection unit. If the structure-borne noise is transmitted to the deflecting roller of the deflecting unit and thus also to the entire deflecting unit by the elevator belt, the structure-borne noise propagates in the deflecting unit or in the deflecting roller. This leads to a movement corresponding to the structure-borne sound. This movement can be detected by the optical sensor. In this case, one can speak of an optical structure-borne noise detection.
- the sensor for the direct or indirect detection of structure-borne noise may therefore already have a filter which is designed to detect structure-borne noise in a predetermined frequency spectrum. The same can also apply to the optical sensor.
- the drive system has an evaluation unit.
- the evaluation unit is coupled to the sensor such that a sensor signal from the sensor to the evaluation unit is transferable.
- the sensor signal represents a detected structure-borne noise.
- the evaluation unit is designed to determine a degree of wear of the elevator belt based on the sensor signal.
- the degree of wear represents a measure of the wear of the elevator belt. It is particularly preferably provided that each sensor is coupled to the evaluation unit in the manner of the previously explained sensor. In this case, the evaluation unit for determining the degree of wear of the
- Elevator belt based on the multiple sensor signals to be formed.
- Each sensor signal can represent the degree of wear for a corresponding section of the elevator belt, which is detected by means of the respective sensor by measuring the structure-borne sound.
- Evaluation unit be designed as an integral unit.
- the evaluation unit can be arranged with the sensor in such a way as is provided for the respective sensor. If a plurality of sensors are provided, each of the sensors can be connected to the evaluation unit via corresponding signal connections. For example, each sensor via a wired connection with the
- the signal connection is established by a wireless signal connection.
- the evaluation unit can have a wireless communication interface. The same can apply to the wireless sensor. Therefore, a signal connection between the wireless sensor and the evaluation unit can be established by means of the wireless communication interface in order to transmit the corresponding sensor signal to the evaluation unit of the wireless sensor. If there is a wired connection between a sensor and the evaluation unit, the corresponding sensor signal via the wired connection to the

- the evaluation unit may be designed and / or configured to transmit a corresponding state by means of a signal to a central unit in order to report the corresponding critical state. As a result, appropriate measures can be taken.
- an elevator system having the features of claim 13.
- an elevator system comprising an elevator car for transporting loads and / or persons, and an elevator system, as previously discussed ,
- at least one of the deflection units of the drive system is connected to the elevator car such that the elevator cage can be conveyed in a conveying direction by driving the elevator belt by means of the drive unit.
- the drive system has at least one sensor which is assigned to one of the deflection units and to Detecting a structure-borne noise of the corresponding associated deflection unit is formed. It is particularly preferred that the drive system has two sensors. One of the sensors may for example be associated with the deflection unit of the drive unit of the drive system, so that the structure-borne noise of the deflection unit of the drive unit can be detected by means of this sensor.
- the further sensor can be the
- deflecting units Because then can be effectively determined by the appropriate detection of structure-borne noise, in which state the elevator belt is. Should there be a particularly high wear of the elevator belt, in particular of the at least one associated cable, then this can be effectively determined by the aforementioned sensors due to the detection of structure-borne noise. This ensures that the elevator system can be operated particularly safely and with particularly long maintenance intervals.
