Fiber refers to a natural or artificial linear object that is flexible and thin in shape and has a large ratio of length to thickness. These fibers are divided into long fibers, brisket fibers and short fibers in terms of their shape, and are divided into natural fibers and artificial fibers in terms of raw materials.

Formerly, fiber was closely related to human life, and natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, wool, and silk were used as the main raw materials for the coating. With the development of science and technology after the Industrial Revolution, textiles have expanded their use not only for coating materials but also for industrial purposes, and the field of artificial textiles has emerged as a new textile material to meet the demand for rapidly increasing fibers with the development of culture and population growth. Pioneered.

2020/004843 1»(:1^1{2019/007218 The regenerated fibers in these artificial fibers not only have excellent touch and fit, but also have a much faster moisture absorption and discharge capacity than cotton, and thus have been widely used as raw materials for coating. In particular, among such recycled fibers, rayon fibers have excellent gloss and color development and can realize a touch equivalent to that of natural fibers, and have been widely used in the past because they are recognized as harmless materials to humans. However, these rayon fibers had properties of materials that shrink and wrinkle well, and many chemicals are used in the manufacturing process and the process of melting wood pulp. 2020/004843 1 »(: 1 ^ 1 {2019/007218

In the process of wastewater treatment, there was a problem causing environmental pollution. Accordingly, researches on fibers that are harmless to the environment and human body and that have physical properties superior to those of other fibers have been conducted. Recently, lyocell (1 method 61 1) fibers manufactured from natural pulp and amine oxide hydrate have been introduced. These lyocell fibers have superior tensile properties and tactile properties compared to conventional recycled fibers, and do not generate any contaminants in the production process, and the amine oxide solvents used are recyclable and biodegradable when disposed. As an eco-friendly fiber, it is used in various fields. However, the current lyocell fiber can produce only products having a circular cross-section, and it is expected that the lyocell fiber may exhibit various physical properties according to the cross-sectional shape of the lyocell fiber. In addition, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2009-540140 discloses a technique related to a nonwoven fiber assembly including lyocell fibers.

However, even if such a technique is used, there is a problem that the specific surface area due to the increase in the space occupancy does not increase, and various properties such as bulging properties, interfacial adhesion properties, and quick drying properties are not excellent.

The release cross section includes a plurality of protrusions 2, the plurality of protrusions 2 being formed integrally with the central portion 1 overlapping with the virtual second circle 12, the ends of each protrusion ( 5) may be in contact with the virtual first circle 11, and the concave portion 4 formed between the projections may have a shape in contact with the virtual second circle 12.

Due to the lyocell monofilament having a release cross section as described above, the lyocell fiber may have a space occupancy of 150 to 300% or 150 to 200% defined by Equation 1 below.

á식 1 ñ  ásik 1 ñ

X 100  Space occupancy (%) = (area of virtual first circle / cross sectional area of lyocell monofilament) X 100

2020/004843 1»(:1^1{2019/007218 The space occupancy refers to the proportion of space that the monofilament actually occupies in the fiber due to the plurality of protrusions of the release cross section. The space occupancy is defined as 100%. However, in the case of the lyocell fiber having a release cross section including a projection, the actual area occupied by the fiber is increased by the projection. Therefore, as the space occupancy increases, the specific surface area of the fiber increases.

In addition, the lyocell fiber that satisfies the above-mentioned space occupancy may have various properties such as bloating property, interfacial adhesion property, and quick-drying property due to the increased specific surface area. The lyocell fibers contained in the nonwoven fiber assembly according to the embodiment, the cellulose pulp and

Since the lyocell island is prepared by spinning the lyocell spinning dope containing methyl morpholine-oxide, there is an effect of dissolving cellulose pulp more easily in the lyocell spinning dope.

Figure imgf000008_0002
It may include 84 to 94% by weight of the aqueous oxide solution. For example, the weight ratio of the cellulose pulp and -methyl morpholine-oxide aqueous solution may be 6: 94 to 16: 84, 8: 92 to 14: 86 to 10: 90 to 12: 88.

In the lyocell spinning dope, if the content of cellulose pulp is too small, it is difficult to realize the fibrous characteristics, and if the content of cellulose pulp is too high, it may be difficult to dissolve in the aqueous phase. In addition, in the lyocell spinning dope, if the content of the -methylmorpholine-oxide aqueous solution is too small, there is a problem in that the dissolution viscosity is greatly increased. It can be difficult to produce uniform fibers at.

또한, 상기 셀룰로오스 펄프의 중합도(卵 는 600 내지 1700 , 700 내지 1600 , 또는 800 2020/004843 1»(:1^1{2019/007218 In addition, the cellulose pulp may have an alpha-cellulose content of 85 to 97% by weight, 89 to 95% by weight, or 92 to 94% by weight. When the weight ratio of ^ methylmorpholine oxide and water is greater than 93: 7, the dissolution temperature is increased, so that decomposition of cellulose may occur when the cellulose is dissolved, and when the weight ratio is less than 85:15, the dissolution performance of the solvent is deteriorated. May be difficult to dissolve.

The lyocell fiber prepared by spinning the lyocell spinning dope described above may be manufactured in the form of staple short fibers, which is important for mask packs, such as skin adhesion, essence absorption and holding power, soft texture, and the like. Very good compared to the material, it can be used in nonwoven fiber aggregates for mask packs.

The fineness of the lyocell fiber may be 1.0 to 1.5 denier. If the fineness of the lyocell fiber is less than 1.0 denier, it is difficult to manufacture the lyocell fiber, and if the fineness exceeds 1.5 denier, it is not a characteristic because it is a general fineness applied to the mask pack, and there is no characteristic such as skin adhesion or essence absorption power. This represents a general level.

In addition, the lyocell fiber is a staple fiber, the fiber length (織 維 長) may be 36 to 40_ days, or 37 to 3¾ pad. When the lyocell fibers are used as the nonwoven fiber aggregate within the fiber length range, fairness in the carding process of the nonwoven fiber aggregate manufacturing process may be excellent.

2020/004843 1»(:1^1{2019/007218 In addition, the crimp number of the lyocell fiber may be 5 to 2 or 8 to 12. If the number of crimps is too small, nonwoven fiber assembly 2020/004843 1 »(: 1 ^ 1 {2019/007218

In the carding process during the manufacturing process is low inter-fiber entanglement process problems, if too many crimps, the carding process of the non-woven fiber assembly manufacturing process is not good.

In addition, the lyocell fiber may have an emulsion content of 0.1 to 0.4 wt%, or 0.2 to 0.3 wt%. When the emulsion satisfies the weight% range, the filament to be described later to reduce the friction generated in the process of forming the crimp tow, can form a good crimp between fibers, and also good carding properties when manufacturing the nonwoven fiber assembly can do. Since the nonwoven fiber assembly of the embodiment including the lyocell fibers has a thin thickness of the nonwoven fiber assembly compared to the general circular cross-sectional fibers at the same unit weight, when used in a mask pack, the nonwoven fiber assembly has a soft feel when dipped into a cosmetic solvent such as an essence. It can be transparent and have very good skin adhesion.

In addition, the specific surface area of the lyocell fibers included in the nonwoven fiber assembly is larger than the circular cross-sectional fibers of the same fineness, and when used in the mask pack, the essence holding power is also excellent because the absorbency for solvents such as essence is high. It can show a great effect compared to the material.

The thickness of the nonwoven fiber assembly is a physical property that depends on the shortness of the staple fibers and the basis weight of the nonwoven fiber assembly. The lower the shortness of the staple fibers, the smaller the basis weight of the nonwoven fiber assembly, the thinner the thickness may be. The basis weight and thickness range is an optimal range for improving the water absorption, transparency and adhesion of the liquid composition in the nonwoven fiber assembly comprising the lyocell fibers satisfying the fineness, fiber length, crimp number, emulsion content of the lyocell fibers Means.

As described above, the lyocell fiber has a higher water absorption than other fibers corresponding to hydrophilicity, but satisfies the basis weight and thickness range of the nonwoven fiber assembly while satisfying the characteristics of the lyocell fiber. The water absorption of the nonwoven fiber assembly comprising a can be absorbed in accordance with the above range.

The transparency of the nonwoven fiber aggregate corresponds to the fineness of the lyocell fibers with a fineness of 1.0 to 1.4 denier, and the thickness of the nonwoven fiber aggregate including the lyocell fibers is also thinned, so that the liquid composition such as moisture and essence may be used. Treatment with the nonwoven fiber assembly can have a soft feel and transparency within the range of the transparency. On the other hand, the moisture or essence treatment on the nonwoven fiber aggregate means that the nonwoven fiber aggregate is supported or immersed in a liquid composition such as water or essence.

In addition, the non-woven fiber assembly may be a skin adhesion after the moisture treatment for 3.6 to 4.2, the skin adhesion after the essence treatment may be 4.5 to 5.3. The skin adhesion of the nonwoven fiber assembly also satisfies the characteristics of the lyocell fibers, and may satisfy the above range by the basis weight and thickness of the nonwoven fiber assembly including the same. On the other hand, the moisture or essence treatment on the nonwoven fiber aggregate means that the nonwoven fiber aggregate is immersed in or immersed in a liquid composition such as water or essence, and the skin adhesion force adheres the moisture or essence treated nonwoven fiber aggregate to human skin. The emulsion can reduce the friction that occurs when the filament is in contact with the drying roller and the guide, the crimp step, and allows the cream to form well.

Step 55 is a step of cr impinging the lyocell multifilament treated with the emulsion in step S4 to obtain a cr imped Uw.

Crimping is a process of imparting crimp to a multifilament. Specifically, crimping can be performed using a stuffer box to obtain 8 to 12 crimps per inch.

In the step (S5) may be to supply steam to the lyocell multifilament and to crimp by applying pressure.

Specifically, the lyocell multifilament is passed through a steam box (Steam box), the steam is 0.1 to l. Okgf 八: fed to m 2 to raise the temperature and moisture of the multifilament, and then crimped using a press roller (Press Rol ler) at a pressure of 1.5 to 3.0kg "cm 2 to form a crimp in the stopper box.

At this time, if the steam supply amount is less than 0.01 kgf / cm 2, the crimp is not formed smoothly. If the steam supply is more than 1.0 kgf / cm 2, the temperature in the stopper box rises to 120 ° C or more, and the filaments stick together to pass through the stopper box. You may not be able to.
