Abstract

Le présent boîtier loge et retient un câble « drop » (CD) et un raccord de connexion (TC) avec lequel viennent s'accoupler un connecteur terminal (CE) du câble « drop » (CD) et une fiche terminale (PE) d'un cordon optique (CO). Ledit boîtier comprend : une base (10) présentant une face antérieure (10a) comportant une bride (20) présentant des dents (22) pour recevoir et retenir une extension du câble « drop » (CD), et une paire de pattes latérales (30) pour bloquer le raccord connexion (TC); ainsi qu'un couvercle (60) présentant une paroi antérieure (61), des parois terminales (62) présentant chacune une fenêtre (62a) entourant une partie de la bride (20) et du raccord de connexion (TC), respectivement, et des parois longitudinales (63), opposées, les bords postérieurs des parois terminales (62) et longitudinales (63) étant en appui et bloquées contre la face antérieure (10a) de la base (10).
