본 발명은 또한, 외용기를 재사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바, 상부에 스틱형 화장료가 안착되는 수용부와 상기 수용부 홈 외주를 따라 링 형상의 어플리케이션부가 장착되는 어플리케이터 결합부를 구비하고, 하부에 외바디 결합부를 구비하며, 상기 스틱형 화장료는 상기 어플리케이션부의 중심축 방향으로 상기 어플리케이션부를 관통하여 내용기에 장착되고, 상기 스틱형 화장료 및 상기 어플리케이션부는 상기 중심축 방향으로 상대 운동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품용 내용기를 제공한다.
상기 스틱형 화장품용 내용기는, 스틱형 화장료 및/또는 어플리케이션부 각각을 탈착 가능한 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 스틱형 화장료는 파운데이션, 자외선 차단제, 블러셔, 립스틱, 립밤, 바디밤 중 선택되는 1종인 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 어플리케이션부는 상기 스틱형 화장료를 고르게 도포하기 위한 어플리케이터를 포함하며, 상기 어플리케이터는 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane), BR(Butadiene Rubber), NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Natural Rubber), 폴리에테르(Polyether), 폴리에스테르(Polyester), 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene), EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 라텍스, 실리콘, SIS(Styrene Isoprene Styrene) 및 SEBS(Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene)중 선택되는 1종 이상의 재질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 스틱형 화장품은, 탈부착 가능한 스틱형 화장료 및 어플리케이션부를 구비하는 내용기를 포함함으로써, 우수한 사용 편리성 및 휴대성을 가지며 원하는 양만큼 도포하여 사용할 수 있고 스틱형 화장료 및 어플리케이터를 교체 사용할 수 있어, 위생적·경제적으로 활용 가능하다.
도 1은 본 발명 스틱형 화장품의 일 실시예를 나타낸 사시도이다.

본 명세서 및 특허청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정하여 해석되어서는 아니되며, 발명자는 그 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해서 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여, 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합되는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다. 따라서 본 명세서에 기재된 실시예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 하나의 실시예에 불과할 뿐이고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아니므로, 본 출원시점에 있어서 이들을 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형예들이 있을 수 있다.
본 발명은 스틱형의 화장료와 어플리케이터를 동일 방향에서 적용 가능하도록 일체형으로 구성하고 이를 선택적으로 상하강 가능하게 구성하여 사용이 편리하며, 스틱형 화장료 및 어플리케이터를 교체가능하게 구성하여 경제적이고 위생적인 형태의 스틱형 화장품에 관한 것이다.
이하, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명을 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 구체적으로 설명한다.
먼저, 도 1은 본 발명 스틱형 화장품(100)의 일 실시예로서, 도 1의 (a)는 본 발명 스틱형 화장품(100)의 최종 결합 완료 상태를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 1의 (b)는 스틱형 화장품(100)에서 외캡(110)을 오픈하고, 화장료 도포를 위해 스틱형 화장료(130)를 상승시킨 상태를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 스틱형 화장품(100)은 크게 외캡(110), 외바디(190), 내용기(170), 어플리케이션부(150), 및 스틱형 화장료(130)로 구성된다.
도 2는 본 발명 스틱형 화장품(100)의 분해 사시도를 나타낸 것이다. 도 2를 참조하면, 각 구성요소는 외바디(190), 내용기(170), 어플리케이션부(150), 스틱형 화장료(130) 및 외캡(110) 순으로 수직 결합하며, 도 2의 형태는 일 실시예로서 본 발명 스틱형 화장품(100)의 형태를 제한하지 않는다.
먼저, 상기 외바디(190)는 외캡(110)이 결합하며 상부를 덮는 외캡 결합부(194)와 내용기 하부(외바디 결합부, 176)가 결합하는 내용기 하단 결합부(192)로 구성된다. 외바디(190)에 수직 결합하는 내용기(170)에는, 그 하부에 외바디(190)와 결합하는 외바디 결합부(176)가 구비되어 있으며, 그 상부에 스틱형 화장료(130)가 안착되는 수용부(172)와 이러한 수용부(172)의 외주(外周)를 따라 어플리케이션부(150)가 장착되는 어플리케이터 결합부(174)가 구비되어 있다. 내용기(170)의 어플리케이터 결합부(174)에 장착되는 어플리케이션부(150)는 상부에 링 형상의 어플리케이터(152), 하부에 링 형상의 내용기 상단 결합부(154)를 구비한다. 본 발명의 스틱형 화장료(130)는 어플리케이션부(150)의 중심축 방향으로 어플리케이션부(150)를 관통하여 내용기(170)의 수용부(172)에 장착된다.
본 발명의 어플리케이션부(150)는 링 형상을 가지며, 본 실시예에서는 원형 링을 예시하였지만 이에 한정되지 않으며 사각링 등 임의의 링 형상을 가질 수 있다. 상기 어플리케이션부(150)의 빈 코어 부분에 스틱형 화장료(130)가 어플리케이션부(150)의 중심축 방향(즉 스틱형 화장품의 길이방향)으로 관통할 수 있으며, 스틱형 화장료(130) 및 어플리케이션부(150) 중 최소한 하나는 링의 중심축 방향으로 운동 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다. 즉, 상기 어플리케이션부(150)의 빈 코어 부분의 크기는 스틱형 화장료(130)의 크기와 유사하게 구성되어, 어플리케이션부(150) 및 스틱형 화장료(130)를 내용기(170)에 결합 시 어플리케이션부(150)가 스틱형 화장료(130)를 둘러쌀 수 있는 형태로 구성되고, 상기 스틱형 화장료(130) 및 어플리케이션부(150) 중 최소한 어느 하나가 승강 가능하도록 구성되어 있어, 피부에 원하는 양의 화장료를 적용하여 별도의 도구를 사용할 필요 없이 간편하게 도포 가능하다. 일 예로서, 본 발명의 어플리케이터 결합부(176)는 외바디(190)와 결합하면서 고정되고, 이렇게 고정된 어플리케이터 결합부(176)를 회전하면 스틱형 화장료(130)가 상승 또는 하강할 수 있다. 또한, 내용기(170)의 측면을 회전하면 어플리케이션부(150)가 상승 또는 하강하는 형태로 구성될 수 있다. 이 밖에도 다양한 승강 구조가 본 발명에 적용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기 스틱형 화장료(130) 및 어플리케이션부(150)는 각각 탈착 가능한 형태로 구성되며, 교체 사용이 가능하다. 탈착은 내용기(170)에 결합 홈 또는 나사선이 구비되거나, 용기에 자석이 내장되는 등의 구조로 인해 이루어질 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않는다. 따라서, 내용기(170)는, 상부에 스틱형 화장료(130)가 안착되는 수용부(172)와 상기 수용부 홈 외주를 따라 링 형상의 어플리케이션부(150)가 장착되는 어플리케이터 결합부(174)를 구비하고, 하부에 외바디 결합부(176)를 구비하는 구조로 이루어져 있다.
본 발명의 스틱형 화장료(130) 및 어플리케이션부(150)는 각각 탈착 가능하여 교체사용할 수 있으므로, 리필이 가능하여 경제적이고 위생면에서 유리하다. 또한, 사용하고자 하는 화장료의 종류에 따라 그 어플리케이터를 선택 교체할 수 있어, 외용기를 재활용 할 수 있다. 스틱형 화장료(130)는 고형의 스틱형으로 제조하여 피부에 적용할 수 있는 것이면 제한되지 않으며, 예시적으로, 스틱형 화장료는 파운데이션, 자외선 차단용 화장품, 블러셔, 립스틱, 립밤, 바디밤 등 다양한 목적에 따라 화장료를 선택, 교체 사용할 수 있고, 화장료에 따라 이를 고르게 도포할 수 있도록, 어플리케이터(152)를 적절하게 선택, 교체 가능하다. 상기 어플리케이터(152)는 폴리우레탄, BR(Butadiene Rubber), NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Natural Rubber), 폴리에테르(Polyether), 폴리에스테르(Polyester), 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene), EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 라텍스, 실리콘, SIS(Styrene Isoprene Styrene), SEBS(Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene) 및 모 중 선택되는 1종 이상의 재질로 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 내용기(170)는 스틱형 화장료(130)와 어플리케이션부(150) 중 최소한 하나를 선택적으로 승강시킬 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명 스틱형 화장품(100)에서 스틱형 화장료(130)의 승강 동작의 일 예를 설명하는 도면이다. 도 3의 (a)는 화장료를 도포하기 위한 스틱형 화장료(130)의 상승 상태의 도면이고, 도 3의 (b)는 어플리케이터(152)를 사용하기 위한 스틱형 화장료(130)의 하강 상태의 도면이다.
즉, 도 3은 본 발명 스틱형 화장품(100)을 사용하는 일 예를 나타낸 것으로서, 도 3(a)의 상태에서 스틱형 화장료(130)를 상승시켜 화장료를 피부에 도포한 뒤, 도 3(b)와 같이 스틱형 화장료(130)를 하강시켜 어플리케이터(152)로 고르게 펴바를 수 있다. 본 발명의 스틱형 화장료(130)는 어플리케이션부(150)에 대하여 승강 가능하며, 중심축 방향으로 상승 또는 하강한다. 이러한 내용기(170)의 스틱형 화장료 수용부(172)의 나사 운동에 의한 상승 메커니즘이 적용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 내용기(170)에서 스틱형 화장료(130)의 상승, 하강 메커니즘은 다양한 방식으로 구현될 수 있다. 예컨대, 어플리케이터 결합부(176)는 외바디(190)와 결합하면서 고정되고, 이렇게 고정된 어플리케이터 결합부(176)를 회전하면 스틱형 화장료(130)가 상승 또는 하강할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명 스틱형 화장품에(100)서 어플리케이션부(150) 승강 동작의 일 예를 설명하는 도면이다. 도 4의 (a)는 화장료를 도포하기 위해 스틱형 화장료(130)를 상승시킨 형태이고, 도 4의 (b)는 도포된 화장료를 고르게 도포하기 위해 어플리케이션부(150)를 상승시킨 형태이다.
즉, 도 4는 본 발명 스틱형 화장품(100) 사용에 대한 또 다른 예로서, 도 4(a) 상태에서 스틱형 화장료(130)를 피부에 도포한 뒤, 도 4(b)와 같이 어플리케이션부(150)를 상승시켜 화장료를 고르게 펴바를 수 있다. 본 발명의 어플리케이션부(150)는 스틱형 화장료(130)에 대하여 승강 가능하며, 스틱형 화장료(130)와 같이 중심축 방향으로 상승 또는 하강한다. 본 발명의 내용기(170)는 상기 스틱형 화장료 수용부(172)에 대하여 슬라이딩 하거나 스틱형 화장료 수용부(172)의 측면을 회전하는 방식으로 어플리케이션부(150)를 상승 또는 하강할 수 있다. 일 예로서, 내용기(170)의 측면을 회전하면 어플리케이션부(150)가 상승 또는 하강하는 형태로 구성될 수 있다. 이 밖에도 다양한 승강 구조가 본 발명에 적용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기 스틱형 화장료(130) 및 어플리케이션부(150)가 결합할 수 있는 구조로 이루어진 상기 내용기(170)는, 스틱형 화장료(130) 및 어플리케이션부(150)를 선택적으로 승강시킬 수 있으며 또한 각각 탈착 가능하므로, 제조가 용이하다. 예시적으로, 내용기(170)와 스틱형 화장료(130)가 접촉하는 바닥부에 구멍이 있어서 지면 백충진을 할 수 있는 구성일 수 있고, 혹은 바닥부가 막혀 있어서 스틱형 화장료(130)를 위에서 충진할 수 있는 구성일 수 있다. 본 발명의 선택적 승강 및 탈착 가능한 구조는, 어플리케이터(152)가 고정되어 있어 스틱형 화장료(130)를 고온충진 하는 등의 성형이 어려웠던 기존의 일체형 화장품 용기의 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
본 발명은 또한, 스틱형 화장료(130) 및 어플리케이션부(150)를 일체형으로 구성하고, 스틱형 화장료(130) 및 어플리케이션부(150) 중 적어도 하나를 선택적 승강 및 탈착 가능하도록 구성하여, 구조상 우수한 사용 편리성 및 휴대성을 가지며, 스틱형 화장료(130)만을 상승시켜 기존의 스틱형 화장료와 동일하게 원하는 양만큼 도포가 가능하고 손쉽게 잔량을 확인할 수 있는 장점을 갖고, 간편하게 어플리케이션부(150)만을 상승시켜 화장료를 고르게 펴바를 수 있으며 화장료에 따라 어플리케이터(152)를 교체 사용할 수 있어, 다각적 활용이 가능하며 경제적이고 위생적이다.
본 발명은 스틱형의 화장료와 어플리케이터를 동일 방향에서 적용 가능하도록 일체형으로 구성하고 이를 선택적으로 상하강 가능하게 구성하여 사용이 편리하며, 스틱형 화장료 및 어플리케이터를 교체가능하게 구성하여 경제적이고 위생적인 형태의 스틱형 화장품에 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 링 형상의 어플리케이션부;
    상기 어플리케이션부의 중심축 방향으로 상기 어플리케이션부를 관통하여 장착되는 스틱형 화장료;
    상부에 상기 스틱형 화장료가 안착되는 수용부와 상기 수용부 홈 외주(外周)를 따라 어플리케이션부가 장착되는 어플리케이터 결합부를 구비하는 내용기;
    상기 내용기 하부와 결합되는 외바디; 및
    상기 외바디 상부를 덮는 외캡을 포함하고,
    상기 스틱형 화장료 및 상기 어플리케이션부는 상기 중심축 방향으로 상대운동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 스틱형 화장료는 탈착 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 스틱형 화장료는 파운데이션, 자외선 차단제, 블러셔, 립스틱, 립밤, 바디밤 중 선택되는 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 어플리케이션부는 탈착 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 어플리케이션부는,
    상기 스틱형 화장료를 고르게 도포하기 위한 어플리케이터를 포함하며,
    상기 어플리케이터는 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane), BR(Butadiene Rubber), NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Natural Rubber), 폴리에테르(Polyether), 폴리에스테르(Polyester), 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene), EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 라텍스, 실리콘, SIS(Styrene Isoprene Styrene) 및 SEBS(Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene)중 선택되는 1종 이상의 재질로 구성되는, 스틱형 화장품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 스틱형 화장료 및 상기 어플리케이션부는 탈착 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품.
  7. 상부에 스틱형 화장료가 안착되는 수용부와 상기 수용부 홈 외주를 따라 링 형상의 어플리케이션부가 장착되는 어플리케이터 결합부를 구비하고,
    하부에 외바디 결합부를 구비하며,
    상기 스틱형 화장료는 상기 어플리케이션부의 중심축 방향으로 상기 어플리케이션부를 관통하여 내용기에 장착되고, 상기 스틱형 화장료는 상기 어플리케이션부에 대하여 상기 중심축 방향으로 상대 운동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품용 내용기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 스틱형 화장료는 탈착 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품용 내용기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 스틱형 화장료는 파운데이션, 자외선 차단제, 블러셔, 립스틱, 립밤, 바디밤 중 선택되는 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품용 내용기.
  10. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 어플리케이션부는 탈착 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품용 내용기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 어플리케이션부는,
    상기 스틱형 화장료를 고르게 도포하기 위한 어플리케이터를 포함하며,
    상기 어플리케이터는 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane), BR(Butadiene Rubber), NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Natural Rubber), 폴리에테르(Polyether), 폴리에스테르(Polyester), 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene), EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 라텍스, 실리콘, SIS(Styrene Isoprene Styrene) 및 SEBS(Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene)중 선택되는 1종 이상의 재질로 구성되는, 스틱형 화장품용 내용기.
  12. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 스틱형 화장료 및 상기 어플리케이션부는 탈착 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품용 내용기.
