- 被検体を観察する医療装置と、前記医療装置と通信可能なネットワーク装置と、を有する医療システムであって、
前記ネットワーク装置は、
検査情報に対応する識別情報を生成する識別情報生成部と、
前記検査情報との対応付けを行う対応付け部と、
第1の記憶領域と第2の記憶領域とを有する記憶部と、
前記医療装置と通信を行う第1の通信部と、
を備え、
前記医療装置は、
前記ネットワーク装置と通信を行う第2の通信部と、
前記被検体に関する医療画像を生成する画像生成部と、
を備え、
前記対応付け部は、前記検査情報と前記識別情報とを対応付けて前記第1の記憶領域に記憶し、
前記第1の通信部は、前記識別情報を前記医療装置へ送信し、
前記第2の通信部は、前記第1の通信部が送信した前記識別情報を受信し、前記識別情報と前記医療画像とを対応付けて前記ネットワーク装置へ送信し、
前記第1の通信部は、前記第2の通信部が対応付けて送信した前記識別情報と前記医療画像とを受信し、
前記対応付け部は、前記医療画像に対応付けられた前記識別情報に対応する前記第1の記憶領域に記憶された前記検査情報と前記医療画像とを対応付けて前記第2の記憶領域に記憶する、
ことを特徴とする医療システム。 - 前記ネットワーク装置は、前記検査情報に含まれる患者情報と前記識別情報とを暗号化する暗号化部を更に備え、
前記第1の通信部は、暗号化された前記患者情報と前記識別情報とを前記医療装置へ送信し、
前記医療装置は、内視鏡が接続される内視鏡装置であり、
前記医療装置は、前記医療画像と前記患者情報とを含む表示画像を表示装置に表示させる表示制御部を更に備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療システム。 - 前記第2の通信部は、前記第1の通信部が送信した暗号化された前記患者情報と前記識別情報とを受信し、
前記医療装置は、暗号化された前記患者情報と前記識別情報とを復号化する復号化部を更に備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療システム。 - 前記医療システムは、復号化装置を更に有し、
前記復号化装置は、前記第1の通信部が送信した暗号化された前記患者情報と前記識別情報とを受信し、暗号化された前記患者情報と前記識別情報とを復号化し、前記患者情報と前記識別情報とを前記医療装置へ送信し、
前記第2の通信部は、前記復号化装置が送信した前記患者情報と前記識別情報とを受信する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療システム。 - 前記医療装置は、前記患者情報を自装置内部の記憶領域に記憶するか否かを設定可能な記憶設定部を更に備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療システム。 - 前記医療装置は、前記内視鏡に依る検査の終了後に、前記患者情報を自装置内部の記憶領域から消去する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の医療システム。 - 前記ネットワーク装置は、複数の前記医療装置と通信可能に接続されて、それぞれの前記医療装置の前記記憶設定部における設定内容を取得し、複数の前記医療装置における前記設定内容が、前記患者情報を自装置内部に記憶するという設定内容と、前記患者情報を自装置内部に記憶しないという設定内容と、が混在する場合にユーザに報知する、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の医療システム。 - 前記対応付け部は、更に、対応付けした前記検査情報と前記医療画像とを前記ネットワーク装置に接続された外部記憶装置に記憶する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療システム。 - 被検体を観察する医療装置と、前記医療装置と通信可能なサーバと、を有する医療システムであって、
前記サーバは、
検査情報に対応する識別情報を生成する識別情報生成部と、
前記検査情報と前記識別情報とが対応付けられて記憶される記憶部と、
前記医療装置と通信を行う第1の通信部と、
を備え、
前記医療装置は、
前記サーバと通信を行う第2の通信部と、
前記被検体に関する医療画像を生成する画像生成部と、
を備え、
前記第1の通信部は、前記識別情報を前記医療装置へ送信し、
前記第2の通信部は、前記第1の通信部が送信した前記識別情報を受信し、前記識別情報と前記医療画像とを対応付けて前記サーバへ送信し、
前記第1の通信部は、前記第2の通信部が対応付けて送信した前記識別情報と前記医療画像とを受信する、
ことを特徴とする医療システム。 - 前記記憶部は、更に、前記医療画像に対応付けられた前記識別情報に対応する前記検査情報と前記医療画像とを対応付けて記憶する、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療システム。 - 前記記憶部は、更に、前記医療画像と、当該医療画像に対応付けられた前記識別情報と、を記憶する、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の医療システム。 - 被検体を観察する医療装置と通信可能なネットワーク装置であって、
検査情報に対応する識別情報を生成する識別情報生成部と、
前記検査情報との対応付けを行う対応付け部と、
第1の記憶領域と第2の記憶領域とを有する記憶部と、
前記医療装置と通信を行う通信部と、
を備え、
前記対応付け部は、前記検査情報と前記識別情報とを対応付けて前記第1の記憶領域に記憶し、
前記通信部は、前記識別情報を前記医療装置へ送信し、
前記通信部は、前記医療装置が対応付けて送信した前記識別情報と前記被検体に関する医療画像とを受信し、
前記対応付け部は、前記医療画像に対応付けられた前記識別情報に対応する前記第1の記憶領域に記憶された前記検査情報と前記医療画像とを対応付けて前記第2の記憶領域に記憶する、
ことを特徴とするネットワーク装置。 - 被検体を観察する医療装置であって、
ネットワーク装置と通信を行う通信部と、
前記被検体に関する医療画像を生成する画像生成部と、
を備え、
前記通信部は、前記ネットワーク装置が送信した、検査情報に対応する識別情報を受信し、前記識別情報と前記医療画像とを対応付けて前記ネットワーク装置へ送信する、
ことを特徴とする医療装置。 - 被検体を観察する医療装置と、前記医療装置と通信可能なネットワーク装置と、を有する医療システムにおいて実行される検査情報処理方法であって、
前記ネットワーク装置は、
検査情報に対応する識別情報を生成し、
前記検査情報と前記識別情報とを対応付けて記憶部の第1の記憶領域に記憶し、
前記識別情報を前記医療装置へ送信し、
前記医療装置は、
前記ネットワーク装置が送信した前記識別情報を受信し、前記識別情報と、生成した前記被検体に関する医療画像とを対応付けて前記ネットワーク装置へ送信し、
前記ネットワーク装置は、
前記医療装置が対応付けて送信した前記識別情報と前記医療画像とを受信し、
前記医療画像に対応付けられた前記識別情報に対応する前記第1の記憶領域に記憶された前記検査情報と前記医療画像とを対応付けて前記記憶部の第2の記憶領域に記憶する、
ことを特徴とする検査情報処理方法。
