Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a rail mechanism for providing opening and closing of sliding doors in vehicles.
  • Sliding doors are used in various vehicles like passenger vehicles and big vehicles like minibus, autobus. Sliding doors provide pluralities of advantages for users. The most important advantages are that sliding doors are more usable when compared with classical doors and they need less force and they can be used for long time.
  • the lower, intermediate and upper rails connected onto the body in sliding door systems have an inclined structure and this structure is not suitable for electrical opening-closing systems.
  • wide housing shall be provided in the vehicle body.
  • the bending process, applied for providing inclined structure to the rail makes difficult providing dimensional sensitivity in the rail.
  • said rail shall be designed particularly for each vehicle.
  • a vehicle door opening/closing apparatus includes a rail for a sliding door fixed to the outside of a vehicle cabin and extending along a front-back direction of the vehicle, a support member for supporting the sliding door and movable along the rail, first and second pulleys supported respectively to opposed longitudinal ends of the rail, a cable turned around by the first and second pulleys and retained to the support member.
  • a structure is disclosed having inclined rail structure and comprising a drive system with motor in the rail mechanism.
  • the present invention relates to a rail mechanism, for eliminating the above mentioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide easily opening and closing of the sliding door thanks to the option of operating the sliding door with electrical motor by means of the flat rail provided on the body.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide easily opening and closing of the door thanks to the rail mechanism absorbing irregular movements occurring on the door due to the other rails provided in inclined structure on the vehicle and which function as guide during movement of the door.
  • Another object of the present invention is to eliminate usage of bent rail and to eliminate the bending process and the disadvantages resulting from this process. By means of this, dimensionally and geometrically more sensitive and more precise part is obtained.
  • Another object of the present invention is to eliminate the usage of bent rail and to eliminate the wide space requirement needed in the vehicle body for the bent rail.
  • Another object of the present invention is to facilitate production and assembly and to decrease part variety since the rail and mechanism parts, used on the right and left of the vehicle, can be used commonly.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide standard solutions, which can be applied simply like elongation and shortening of the rail, instead of developing separate system for each vehicle for the vehicles with sliding door which have a wide variety.
  • Another object of the present invention is to eliminate freedom of the lower mechanism in Z and Y axes and to delimit undesired door movements.
  • Another object of the present invention is to decrease movement in axis Y in the movement during engagement of the door to the wedges at the closing instant and to provide movement thereof substantially completely in axis X and to optimize the join with the wedge.
  • the present invention relates to a rail mechanism for providing opening and closing of sliding doors in vehicles and having a rail fixed onto the vehicle body and at least one roller positioned in said rail and which provides the door to advance between an opening position and a closing position. • At least one second command roller which moves on said second guidance wall and which provides folding of the arm and which provides closing of the door and connected onto the arm.
  • said rail has a flat structure which extends in the direction of the width of the vehicle body.
  • the sliding door can be easily opened and closed by means of electrical power.
  • said spherical hinge comprises:
  • At least one plastic heading positioned between the spherical housing and the spherical head part of said screw and which prevents friction
  • At least one fixation element connected to the screw head part through the spherical housing and which provides connection of the spherical housing and the screw and which provides partial movement of the spherical housing
  • said spherical housing is provided on a door bracket connected onto the door.
  • At least one band is provided which is connected to the roller and at least one motor is provided which provides movement to said band.
  • the door can be opened and closed automatically.
