- the moving body cleaning mat 1B is formed by connecting the mat portion 2 of the moving body cleaning mat 1A to the bottom member 6 via the partition member 8. Compared to the moving body cleaning mat 1A, the moving body cleaning mat 1B can increase the capacity of the pump chamber 3 by the amount of the partition member 8 provided.
- the plurality of pump chambers 3 are partitioned by the top member 5 and the partition member 8, and the pump chambers 3 are separated from each other. Further, by deforming the ceiling member 5 of the one pump chamber 3, the one pump chamber 3 can be deformed independently of the other pump chambers 3. That is, the ceiling member 5 and the partition member 8 of the moving body cleaning mat 1B are an example of an outer peripheral wall that partitions the plurality of pump chambers 3, respectively.
- the fluid stored in the one pump chamber 3 does not escape to the other pump chambers 3 and the discharge suction hole 4 (an example of a fluid passage portion).
- the pump chambers 3 can be deformed independently of each other. Therefore, the fluid in the pump chamber 3 that receives the pressing force is likely to be ejected, but the fluid in the pump chamber 3 that does not receive the pressing force is difficult to eject. As a result, it becomes easier to suppress the ejection of fluid from the pump chamber 3 located at a position away from the shoe sole, the tire or the like (moving body), and to suppress the wasteful fluid ejection. Since the ceiling member 5 of the moving body cleaning mat 1B has a dome shape, it is likely to be uniformly crushed when a pressing force is applied, and it is difficult for the uneven deformation to occur.
- the moving body cleaning mat 1C is different from the above-described moving body cleaning mat in that the bottom member 6 is not provided, that is, the bottom is completely opened.
- the lower portion of the partition member 8 of the pump chamber 3 is provided so as to directly contact the frame member 2A and the water tank 24.
- this moving body cleaning mat 1C does not have the bottom member 6, it can be easily cleaned when cleaning the adhering substances sucked into the pump chamber 3 and is easy to manufacture.
- a partition member 8 is provided with a support member 8A.
- a sheet with a small elastic deformation (for example, a plastic sheet) is used for the support member 8A.
- a plurality of the support members 8A can be provided in the height direction of the moving body cleaning mat 1D.
- the support member 8A can prevent abnormal deformation of the pump chamber 3 when pressed, and can increase the strength of the moving body cleaning mat 1D.
- a through hole 6A is formed in the bottom member 6 that constitutes the pump chamber 3. Therefore, a part of the bottom member 6 is open.
- the moving body cleaning mat 1E has the through holes 6A formed therein, it is possible to clean the adhering substances sucked into the pump chamber 3. Further, since the internal pressure of the pump chamber 3 acts vertically on each member, the internal pressure is applied to a portion of the bottom member 6 other than the through hole 6A, so that the frame member 2A, the water tank 24, and the bottom member 6 are separated from each other. It becomes difficult for the fluid to leak from the contacting parts.
- the partition member 8 described in each of the above embodiments is not limited to a linear member in the height direction shown in the embodiments.
- the partition member 8 may have a bellows-like structure in which a plurality of recesses and projections are repeated in the height direction, as shown in FIG. ..
- the partition members 8 composing the adjacent pump chambers 3 are provided at a predetermined interval, and the adjacent pump chambers 3 are partitioned by the partition members 8.
- One end of the partition member 8 is connected to the back surface 5B of the top member 5, and the other end of the partition member 8 is connected to the bottom member 6.
- the partition member 8 may be shared between the adjacent pump chambers 3.
- the partition member 8 having a bellows-like structure, the top member 5 can be smoothly deformed vertically when a pressing force is applied to the mat portion 2. Therefore, the partition member 8 is prevented from abnormally deforming, the fluid inside the pump chamber 3 can be appropriately ejected to the outside, and the time period for the partition member 8 to return (restore) to its original state is shortened.
- one ends of the partition members 8 on both sides can be connected to the vicinity of the discharge / suction hole 4.
- one end of the partition member 8 is connected to the vicinity of the discharge / suction hole 4, so that when the pressing force is applied to the mat portion 2, the fluid inside the pump chamber 3 is partitioned. It is guided to the discharge suction hole 4 along the member 8. Therefore, the fluid can be smoothly ejected from the discharge suction hole 4.
- the configuration of the partition member 8 (see FIGS. 17 and 18) can be applied not only to the shoe sole cleaning mat 1, but also to the tire cleaning mat 21 and the moving body cleaning mats 1A to 1E.
- the mobile body cleaning mat 1F includes a shoe sole cleaning mat 1 (mobile body cleaning mat) and a tire cleaning mat 21. (Movable body cleaning mat) or the movable body cleaning mats 1A to 1E according to other embodiments are provided with common structures and elements. Therefore, structures and elements common to the shoe sole cleaning mat 1, the tire cleaning mat 21 or the moving body cleaning mats 1A to 1E are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
- the moving body cleaning mat 1F includes a mat portion 2 that receives a pressing force from the outside, a plurality of pump chambers 3 (pump chamber portions) formed inside the mat portion 2, and a plurality of mat portions 2 provided in the mat portion 2.
- a discharge suction hole 4 (fluid passage portion) is provided.
- the pump chamber 3 is partitioned by an outer peripheral wall 31 that is curved in a dome shape, and the plurality of pump chambers 3 are arranged separately from each other. The lower part of the bottom of the pump chamber 3 is open.
- the outer peripheral wall 31 is not limited to a dome shape, and may have a conical shape, a polygonal pyramid shape, a rectangular cross section, or the like, but since it is a dome shape, it tends to be uniformly crushed when a pressing force is applied and is biased. It is difficult to cause deformation in the state.
- the outer peripheral wall 31 forms a part of the surface portion of the mat portion 2.
- One discharge suction hole 4 is formed in the ceiling portion of one outer peripheral wall 31 forming one pump chamber 3, and a plurality of discharge suction holes 4 may be formed in one pump chamber 3. ..
- the outer peripheral wall 31 is provided with a blocking prevention wall 32 standing upright along the opening 9 of the discharge suction hole 4, and the blocking prevention wall 32 is provided with a notch-shaped gap 33.
- a plurality of protrusions 34 a are provided in the area 34 other than the outer peripheral wall 31 on the surface of the mat portion 2.
- the protrusion 34a has, for example, a conical shape with a curved tip, but may have another shape such as a column or a prism.
- the protrusion 34a is less flexible than the outer peripheral wall 31 and has a structure that is difficult to deform.
- the moving body cleaning mat 1F constitutes a part of the shoe sole cleaning device 11 by being installed on the frame member 2A (see FIGS. 1 and 20), or the water tank 24 (see FIG. 9) in place of the frame member 2A.
- the tire cleaning device 22 can be configured as part of the tire cleaning device 22.
- the fluid stored in one pump chamber 3 does not escape to the other pump chambers 3 and the discharge suction hole 4 (an example of a fluid passage portion). It is sprayed onto the shoe soles, tires and the like (moving body) via (see FIG. 20 (b)). Furthermore, the pump chambers 3 can be deformed independently of each other. Therefore, the fluid in the pump chamber 3 that receives the pressing force is likely to be ejected, but the fluid in the pump chamber 3 that does not receive the pressing force is difficult to eject. As a result, it is easy to suppress the ejection of fluid from the pump chamber 3 located at a position away from the shoe sole, the tire or the like (moving body), and to suppress the wasteful ejection of fluid.
- the protrusion 34a is provided around the outer peripheral wall 31.
- the protrusion 34 a has a height lower than that of the outer peripheral wall 31 and is less likely to be deformed than the outer peripheral wall 31. Therefore, for example, when the outer peripheral wall 31 is deformed so as to fall sideways, this deformation is restricted by the protruding portion 34a. As a result, the outer peripheral wall 31 is easily deformed appropriately so that the volume in the pump chamber 3 is reduced without laterally deforming.
- a member that elastically deforms for example, a spring (not shown) may be provided inside the pump chamber 3.
- a spring By providing the spring in the pump chamber 3, the time required for restoration is shortened, and the suction force of the discharge suction hole 4 can be increased.
- an example in which one discharge suction hole 4 (fluid passage portion) is provided in one pump chamber 3 (pump chamber portion) has been described, but a plurality of pump chamber portions may be provided for one pump chamber portion.
- a fluid passage may be formed.
- the shoe sole cleaning mat 1 and the tire cleaning mat 21 are described as the moving body cleaning mat.
- the configurations described in the above-described embodiments may be adopted without departing from the gist of the present invention. It is possible to select it and change it to another configuration as appropriate.
- the thickness of the side wall of the partition member 8 does not change depending on the position, and the same example is described.
- the thickness of the side wall of the partition member 8 may be changed depending on the position.
- the thickness of the side wall of the partition member 8 may be gradually increased toward the bottom. In this case, the adhesion between the partition member 8 and other members arranged below the partition member 8 can be enhanced.
- each of the above embodiments described as the moving body cleaning mat can be applied to a shoe sole cleaning mat or a tire cleaning mat.
- the moving object to be washed is not limited to the sole 15 or the tire 25, and includes a wide range of objects that can be moved and need to be washed, such as the sole of a bare foot or a caterpillar. Good. Further, it may be a moving body cleaning mat for cleaning the moving body excluding tires, or a moving body cleaning mat for cleaning the moving body excluding shoe soles.
